Courtyard Motor Inn

Really great experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating with my late check in time and special requests. Would definitely recommend this place.

Will never be staying here...

stuff spilt on floor not clean Ants all over the place. bathrooms have black mold Lolly on floor Tampon package in corner on floor in second bedroom Rooms and bathroom need to be renovated pool was DISGUSTING noisy traffic all night

Outdoor area with a BBQ and a drinking area next to the pool.

Property location is good & staff is very friendly.

Property is very old and equipments are not well maintained. There was no doors on shower screens so bathroom get wet after shower. Also there was big spider on one of the shower. One of the bed was smelling bad.

Motel close to everything

WiFi had bad signal couldn't connect tv

The pool

Room service don't respect privacy thay will knock and then let themselves in even if you have the do not disturb sign on the door and guy at reception is rude

Great location ,kids loved being able to go for a swim was great to walk into a nice cool room on a very hot day

Bathroom wasn't the cleanest especially around the toilet area

I liked the modern facilities and excellent location.

I didn't like that the lawn to the front and side of the motel was not mowed and I did not like the skinny pillows.

Good location, good value, good size room. Lovely reception lady.Quiet, didn't hear people in surrounding rooms.

No bed rails for the bunk beds. ( Reception offered a mattress on the floor as a work around if I wanted) Run down looking pool and bbq area.

Not a lot. Was walking distance to a pizza shop

The whole place is very run down. Information online and in the room is completely wrong. They do NOT do breakfast nor do they supply washing detergent. When asked about both they said it was the previous owners. Bathroom had mould on the walls and dried toothpaste on the taps. One of the coffee cups had dried coffee stuck to the bottom of the cup. Bedding was covered in stains. Would definitely not recommend.

No breakfast option anymore i was told when i walked to the office to request a slip to order

Dead potplants, leaf litter, long grass and weeds, dirty kettle base, mouldy shower, dirty floor tiles in bathroom. The whole place needs a deep clean

Bed was comfortable. Had everything needed.

Some furnishings and bathroom aged / a bit dated, but sufficed overnight stay.

Good location to shops and restaurants

The room was not clean - poo in the toilet bowl and dirty table.

Bed was very comfortable. Towels & other linen were very good.

Did not have breakfast available at all although booking.com said it was available & inn’s own brochure said that they did have breakfast available. It was one of the main reasons that I chose this inn. Being in a country town many cafe’s close for Christmas Day & Boxing Day, the period that I stayed.Bed-side drawer still had rubbish in it, from previous user of room.

Poor

Room was not cleaned upon arrival. When it did get cleaned they did not clean the shower and did not vacuum the floors at all. There was no shower screen on the shower. The main bathroom door handle was falling off and the door got stuck when closed. Window sills were filthy.

Location

To many smoking points (absolutely stunk). Rowdy tenants (thought we were being broken into at 4am was very concerned about our car. Bathroom needs a desperate update as facilities could be quite dangerous if you slipped. Very musty smell in the room

All in all excellent value for money

A bit small but to be expected for the price. There was some mess around the hotel but that cant be helped given the town population

Run down

Very dirty we had to go and get cleaning supplies and clean the spa bath before we can use it

Very poor

Staff were very unfriendly very hard to understand there English or did not speak English. Lady that answered phone call was very rude and unhelpful.None english speaking cleaner knocks on door repeatedly at 20 passed 9 and just stands there.Room was very dusty curtains were hanging of shower was blocked. The pool was the colour of the murray river with rubbish floating around grounds also had empty water bottles and needed cleaning.
