Excellent facilities, pool, rooms, check was easy and the manger were fantastic.

very clean right through and a very comfotable bed - parking is tight

The location & cleanliness were excellent. Wifi was good. There is a good swimming pool & the outdoor area is nice. The Air conditioning was a blessing because our stay there was on thirty-seven degree day!

We kept looking for "Tudor Inn" & had to ask around to find the motel. They have a Smart TV & it was difficult to find the normal TV channels.

price was good, the linen and towels and the overall room clean

microwave and taster no cups or knives or forks or plates, even when asked not given. Bed was super uncomfortable and they did not assign the parking lots to the indiviudal rooms, we were promised carparking out the front of our room but others parked in our spot and we had to park on the street. Called about it no response not even the next day.

The motel is in a great location. The rooms are very clean and the price is great. I highly recommend this motel for a stay in Shepparton.

Ensuite didn’t have locks One room with no a/c, asked for a fan as it was 43 degrees and staff said leave the door open and the a/c from other room will cool down the place.Felt no privacy at all

Easy to book , pleasant staff, clean room that had all amenities required for a good nights sleep.

I was very impressed with the room and staff, after having not been back for two years. Value for money was the highlight, as the price I obtained was cheaper than normal. Well done to all concerned.

On arrival, a courteous welcome, no run down or information. Reception looked unclean

The struggled to park the car due to a shipping container on one side along with a skip. At 5 am I was woken by voices outside our windows, 2 people were in goodies with flash lights walking around. 15 minutes later the fire alarm blasts and no management was to b seen. Repacked up ready to leave as there were local bush fires we weren't sure what was going on. No fire brigade, no information and only a few people came over. The alarm stopped after 20 minutes. Terrible evacuation procedures

Room smelled like cigarettes, but I realised it was because of the ashtrays on the wall outside the front door.

The management there were very friendly and extremely helpful. The room was very clean and tidy. I never booked the disabled room but when the manager saw that both my husband and I were on a walking stick he put us in the disabled room with was extremely nice of him. The Shepparton RSL is the best place I have eaten at for a long time. I recommend it to anyone.

The internet speed. I could not even check my emails. That could have been because of the location of the room. Otherwise I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone else.

Value for money. Good location. Clean rooms. Parking available just outside. Heater/ AC. Hit running water.

Not a major let down, but the hot water kettle didnt work properly. Took a while and a few tries to get hot water for mirning coffee.

Poor safety , door had been kicked in and wood slit door only just locked , smoke detector was missing , cancelled booking for remaining 3 nights after paying in full was told would lose 2 nights a be refunded 1 that has not happened and motel has not responded to emails ..

Nicely updated room and lovely big bathroom. Coffee tea and biscuits refreshed daily. A little noisy on the main street but this was also part of the convenience too. Cafes and restaurants nearby including the RSL and local shopping area. Overall a pleasant comfortable stay. Would stay again.

The staff were very nice and responded quickly, and accommodated all my requests. Neither of my rooms faced the main road, so there was no noise as others mentioned. In fact, it was quite quiet. The rooms were clean and had everything a motel should have. The price was especially reasonable.

There was a shipping container in the yard that was blocking the parking space, the staff arranged another parking space for me.
