Southgate

Reception was very helpful. Parking on site. Easy access to cbd and hume.

It was perfectly located in town, close to the lake and shops, but situated right behind shops that you didn’t get any road noise.

Only thing I would fault is the slippery tiles at the pool, but that is me trying to find a fault.

Facilities- pool and seated areas outside of rooms.

Late checkout availability would have been nice.

We booked 2 bedroom apartments, as we wanted a bit my room to sit. The courtyard is a great area just off the pool.

Only given 2 towels , but 3 of us where staying. Im sure if I when and asked for and extra towel i would have got it.

The location was perfect for what we were there for.

From very early in the morning could hear other guests talking loudly and a motorbike revving its engine to warm up before leaving early.

It was a lovely standard room tidy and neat very comfortable

Clean and comfortable. The staff take extra care with the outside areas - perfectly presented exterior. The room was comfortable and clean. The pool is large enough for plenty of guests to enjoy

Cigarette containers on every outdoor table - surely the majority of the clientele do not smoke.

Overall it was suitable but I know there was better options. Staff were nice and grounds kept well and we did enjoy our stay

The bathroom really needs an overhaul - the ceiling was black and there were so many hairs on the floor it was just bad - the rest of the room clean. It is a little aged maintenance wise but it was comfortable

Affordable. Well worth the money, preferred this accomodation over Sherborne terrace for value for money.

The dryer wasn’t working. Location.

Nice and clean. Comfortable rooms. We stayed here for a sports tournament and would definitely stay again.

Liked everything, no issues.

As expected. Clean easy stay and my regular when coming to Shepparton

Easy process from start to finish ..checking in, parking, access for the pool, asking for extra towels etc and checking out

Could do with a repaint, but other than that enjoyed our stay

Beds very comfortable, enough space in the room. Pool is a great size
