Nice, clean and comfortable

Not enough car parking

Bed was comfy, room was warm. Great size tv - rooms were sound proof Shampoo, conditioner and body wash were nice.

I know this property has not been open all that long but need to give more training to staff.Parking was terrible and you could see many dents in the boundary fence where cars hat hit it trying to park or leave the parks. I have a big car and lucky there were not many staying there so I had room to maneuver but still had to go forward and backwards a couple of times to get out.No toiletries in the bathroom - shower cap, tissues.Shower leaks and heads towards the drain but right in front of the basin so when using basin you are standing in water. Another reason I needed more towels.I ask for extra towels for my hair and this was greeted with "oh were there no towels in your room?"Yes there were towels but I needed a couple of extra ones. I have never stayed anywhere and was questioned on getting extra towels. It seemed an effort to get the extra towels up to my room.Office was often locked and reception was closed by 5:30pm. Not sure what the process was if there was an emergency or we needed something after this time.Rubbish under bed.Such a big chain hotel and this is the service - the rooms were nice but we won't be going back.I have since read all the reviews and most of them mention at least one thing I have. They obviously don't read their reviews or can't be bothered fixing things mentioned.

Well designed, good quality fittings and bed and bathroom. Simple to use room with great block out blinds, they provided a cot for us. There was a lift to the first floor where we stayed.

The bathroom screen wasn’t sealed at the bottom so water leaked out which was disconcerting but didn’t actually inconvenience us. Hopefully they fix that before it damaged the room. The rooms look brand new. Everything is very. Lean and tidy and neat.

We stayed on a Saturday and Sunday evening, the place has comfortable clean rooms and friendly staff. When we needed assistance, the site manager was prompt and helpful. Location is walking distance on the outskirts of the town centre so is quiter to stay. The parking could be improved by allocating by room number to ensure guests have sufficient parking for the duration of their stay, as the temporary parking isn't under cover or lit up very well. Would definitely stay again.

in room 217 there was a problem with the drainage in the shower...the plug was blocked and filled the entire bathroom.there were no staff to report this to as reception was not manned from 5 in the evening until after we left at 10is the next day. i

Twice as many rooms as car park spaces

Very close to town centre and all amenities. The room was very clean with an exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows.Check in was simple and efficient, staff very friendly and happy to help with recommendations for meals.

The room was smaller than I was expecting, just big enough for the bed and a small table.

Maybe don't mention parking 3 times in your ad (including "private parking") when your guests have to park in a gravel construction site next door with no security or surveillance. I wouldn't have bothered to mention it if the air-conditioning in room 217 didn't drip and tick all night like water torture.Also, not sure what the point is in pushing two single mattresses together, not fooling anyone without a topper.

The beds were comfortable and the manager was easy going.

Only Three months old but a few teething issues. No toaster in the apartment and the bowls and cups were tiny. You could not see out the windows ,very bad design. Parking was very difficult and filled up so you had to park on a bindi eye infested block next door .

One of the comfiest beds I’ve ever slept in. Huge tv was great. Fresh new bathroom was nice as well

Some of the dishes were still dirty from the last person that stayed and there was rubbish underneath the bed (a pepsi can, zip ties and their packaging)

Bin was not emptied, bathroom not enough hooks for the towels, nowhere to put toiletries, no hair dryer, no T-towel or dishcloth, tea cups way to small, not enough off street parking - meaning I was basically on the road overnight, room was not as described, way too small for a deluxe room, couldn’t even put a large suitcase in the room, toilet paper roll - had to bend backwards to get it to use, like honestly for new accomodation I hope they get a lot of this sorted out - this is not a delux room, nor good enough for mantra accomodation venue, very poor.

The fact the drain was blocked and the bathroom flooded and when I returned to stay the second night I spoke to the staff and they indicated that it was my fault as it hadn’t happened before and then to top it off they left the dirty drain in the shower for me to see which is disgusting

This hotel is only a month old and it's great. Clean. spacious, good value for money and well appointed !! Liked the water bar access too. The staff member working in reception was warm, approachable and knowledgeable of the local area.

Not having access to the coffee bar as advertised was a tiny bit annoying ! Also, would have been great to have had some more tea/ coffee in the room.

Good location, quiet, professional and friendly service

It was very comfortable and tidy. The presentation of the rooms were immaculate. The welcoming from staff and their hospitality is unmatched in the Shepparton area. The rooms were well equipped and designed to be comfortable and efficient.

I don’t have anything bad to say about this location, it was amazing!
