Pros +
- Good older style motel very clean and comfy bed , run by people who care
- Very helpful friendly staff. Good sized room with a great shower in the ensuite.
- Very nice and clean swimming pool in the middle of the complex. Promptly delivered and delicious breakfast.
Cons -
- Maybe a better kitchenette
- Listing said free wi-fi included but the information book in the room explained how to go to the reception and buy internet access. Wasn't a huge deal as I just hotspotted off my phone.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. The decor was a little bit dated but beautifully cared for. Everything was fresh and clean. Give me this grand mature lady over sleek, modern and tiny any day! The landscaping was beautiful and the roses divine!
Close to shopping and food
The shower over the spa bath. Very dangerous if someone was of a more mature age and the shower cap covering the smoke detector.
the room set up, was very comfortable and spacious. the friendly staff and the location was perfect.
We like 95% of everything We will be staying again soon
Hot water noise but believe it`s getting changeThe window in the bathroom needs a darker blind for the morning sun, so you can leave the sliding door open it make a noise when using it.
A great motel with nice big rooms, 5-7mins drive north from the centre of Shepparton. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again
Only a couple of minutes from the CBD. Quiet, clean.
We didn't like that the shower is over the spa bath which is quite high. You have to step into the spa with no safety handles to guide you, only the taps. Quite dangerous and not suitable for the elderly.
It was the second time we stayed there and it was very good value, clean and comfortable.
Clean, consistent, comfortable. Everything you need for a short stay.
Our room was right next to the pool and there is not much soundproofing. Kids were swimming fairly early in the morning.
The size of the room was very spacious and the carpet was new and soft on the feet. The location of the motel was perfect.
We booked here at the last minute. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff were friendly
Large spacious room, clean and comfortable. Good value for money
A bit dated but comfortable
Friendly staff, lots of shade over pool. Lovely staff who accommodated extra people in our room & late night check in for an expected extra nights stay.
Location, bed
Old lady at reception is annoying
Enjoyable stay, good room very clean, excellent bathroom good size bench therein.
The room was clean & comfortable. Easy check-in, owner, was friendly and helpful with fixing the TV. There is plenty of parking space.
Need a better play area for children under 5 years old, as the slide was too high & only 2 swings & not enclosed.
Everything was good. Clean, nice breakfast and friendly staff
All was good nothing bad
Spacious room. Clean. Delicious breakfast served promptly at our requested time .. which we greatly appreciated.
Advertised as having a restaurant but doesn’t. We were relying on an in house meal when we arrived rather than having to drive to a venue for dinner.
