The Wyndhamere Motel Shepparton

Very clean and good amenity. Spa in room was old but clean and same with bathroom. Very large and shower was good too. The complimentary waters and all other things provided great including g fishes, microwave, toaster and kettle etc Bed very comfortable and room spacious. Staff very welcoming and friendly with extra service.

Tv was not working but staff apologised when I let them know on leaving. Cushion on bed Devore was pulled and old looking so needs a new cover.

Location was great......easy walk to town

Even though the rooms weren't serviced, I felt the bins should've been emptied.

Good location and quiet.

Bathroom a bit tired but ok.

Clean, comfortable, nothing fancy, walking distance to the venue I was visiting.

No breakfast offered, curtains were a little dated & let a lot of light in

the facilities (laundry/pool) we’re great. the staff are pretty nice (cleaners) but inside the rooms are pretty basic. they are decently clean and i would totally stay again apart from the fact that we left with bites all over our bodies. almost a month later u have no idea what the bites are how they were caused & they still haven’t gone away!

guest can be a bit odd ,had two males stare at my 15yo child. but that’s to no fault of the facility

Good vibe, welcoming, comfy bed and good aircon

Would have liked more towels in the room

Clean, comfortable, excellent location, value for the money

Clean and spacious rooms. Complimentary small chips, kit kats and water. Tea/coffee and biscuits. Good shower pressure. Comfortable bed. Parking outside room. Microwave in kitchen. Swimming pool. Staff very helpful. Walking location to town, lake etc.

Ask for a room towards back as traffic can be a bit loud from roadway..

Bed was so clean and comfy & the room was very clean . I will visit again

Nothing to do in Shepparton

The bed was comfortable

The room wasn’t clean and we had an issue getting the key after hours…it took multiple calls and your staff didn’t seem to know how to fix the issue

Great location, clean with complimentary snacks & a comfortable bed.

A bit of traffic noise early in the evening.

The room was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The motel was well within walking distance of the main part of town.

I was a little confused as to why the TV was turned off at the power point. Which was behind the TV. A little difficult to turn thr power on

Great facilities, friendly staff and the pool was awesome

It was clean comfortable , central to all that we needed

Cleaning lady opened our door while sleeping

Sufficient for what we needed, easily fit our family of four. Our youngest loved that it was a dual toilet seat with one perfect size for her!

Cheap

I was given key 39 which was not on the property I had to make seven phone calls for help I was sent the wrong directions It took over an hour to b given correct directions worst experience in finding a place other people were also lost it was only when I threatened to sleep in the back of my car an take this issue up with who ever opened in the morning that the person on the phone helped the property was unsigned not numbered and no map was left it was not on Wyndham rd it was on Maude no one knew this I came here for sick family this was a huge extra stress if not for my sick family I would of raised bloody hell at the counter I told and held long conversations with other people at the entrance going through the same thing NOT HAPPY JAN

soft beds, air con., facilities, storage, quietness, good room and clean, plenty of extra covers and pillows

Had to park at the rear of unit, not good if you have a fridge in the car, only one key card and check in on screen not good and having to supply a credit card for extras? TV wouldn't start and when it did no local channels though many programs from space/satelite?

Clean, comfortable and good location. Nice to get complimentary chocolates, chips and drink. Friendly staff. Pool was good to cool off.

Staff were lovely, bed was very comfortable and location was good. Short walk to the shops. Complimentary water and snacks were a lovely touch.

Great location

Property information says to press 9 on in-house phone for reception, but NO in-house phone in unit
