Belltower Motor Inn

Receptionist was very friendly and helpful for recommending somewhere to dine at night. Very reasonable breakfast prices and would highly recommend Belltower Motor Inn as a place to stay while visiting Shepparton.

The A/C worked well.

Again... the reception was locked....cleaning staff who were working, when asked were like deer looking into headlights. Finally got a male to give me key who said they were renovating some rooms. On the second day got back to the motel after lunch to find the staff using my car spot and cleaning staff trying get into my room to service it even though I had hung out the Do not Disturb sign...they had taken the sign off and ended up taking it away so I couldn't use it again if I wanted...sigh. All afternoon they were drilling and hammering into wall between me and the next room up until 5.30 pm. I had a headache by then. Admittedly they said they were doing renovating, but wouldn't it be sensible to have a buffer empty room between your guest's room and the room you are working in? Tap on the vanity was very loose and ready to come off. The shower is a death trap with the tiled floor extremely slippery when wet and on a decline. Ladies bring a hairdryer if you need one as there isn't any in the room. They have terrible extremely loud water hammer which when it happens will wake you up if you are asleep. After my first time there a couple of months ago I thought I would try them again....nope never again.

No kitchen cleaning agents, very tired decore, some PowerPoints didn’t work, toilet set fell off

The tissue has not been replenished.The room was not clean.There was no available or easy-to-use Wi-Fi. I expected the receptionist to provide the Wi-Fi details via text, but no one was at reception. The brochure mentioned a Wi-Fi cost, but no further information was provided.The SPA did not work.

Everything is ok although room looks old but it’s clean. Comfortable beds.

The shower doors were not fixed properly as when you pull the first slide, it nearly fell off from the hinges. Room 16.

More attention to cleaningThere was dust on the dressers as they had only dusted around things. Not enough crockery and no glasses. Hair and a small amount of rubbish left on floor of shower from previous tenant. I had to wipe a light switch as it was grubby (looked like blood)

Like the location and facilities like pool and outdoor area.

There were bed bugs in the bed and it ruined our sleep second night.The owner need to seriously do something about this as there are other similar reviews as well.

The office hours were limited.

Cockroaches .Got room service the first week nothing at all this week .Ashtrays with butts out side door I don't smoke Rubbish bin lid dirty last week and is still dirty today.car parks are to small and close..

Lower prices if not servicing rooms for a weekNever anyone here to greet you or to tell about these things as not here after 4pm.

Location was good, staff very nice, room was clean and comfortable and had free parking.

There was a bed in there nothing else worked

All lights working properly. Front door was hanging off hinges hard too close. Shower room window not closable or lockable. Cracked glass in notice frame is a danger to children. Lounges uncomfortable. Would not recommend to friends or stay there again.
