Great location, friendly staff and very comfortable bed. And the pool was a welcome relief after being on the road all day and was great for cooling off

Room stunk of cigarettes and was filthy and falling apart

A little flaw with cleanliness. Something left behind by previous inhabitant, not picked up by cleaner. No big issue.

Disappointed!Given that you're expected to wash up your dishes etc it would be nice to have a tea towel and some dishwashing liquid to be able to clean up.Couldn't work the TV. According to their instructions, had to go to HDMI then press this button and that button. Wouldn't work!What happened to just pressing the on button on the remote and you have TV.

No fly screen on bathroom window shower needed a good scrub and water took to long to drain so shower floor filled with water and the room just needs to be re vamped

There is a lot of road noiseThe rooms are tired Bed is firm, l like plush Aircon is older type and you need to run it 24/7 in summer months, though it does help block out the road noise, which is helpful.

felt extremely dirty, accidentally dropped something near the bed when I bent down to pick it up what appears to be mould underneath the bed

The rooms were all ground level serviced well by nice owners and workers

The room was very old, and not very well kept, needs a lot of maintenance, and extremely dirty, fridge was frozen over so I turned it off when I left for it to defrost Dishes found in the cupboard wet, no tea towels, or cloths for cleaning dishesThe room stunk of cigars/ cigarettes The couch in the room was very dirty, oldThe carpets were stained dirty and frayingThe photos on the website are extremely misleading as that is not what the room looked like at allSMOKE DETECTOR NOT WORKING, I have contacted the Consumer Affairs Victoria as this is a breach of essential safety measures

Upon arrival staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was as expected for the price. The motel was in a great location, close to everything we needed.

Pillows were very firm and uncomfortable.

Foxtel TV didn't seem to work in the morning.

For what we needed, pet friendly, the price was ok.The room was quite dusty and dirty, drapes and windows need a good wash. Food was splashed on walls, inefficient cutlery and dirty dishes, the fridge was filthy, had broken seels and leaked. The bathroom was a good size, but again had not been cleaned thoroughly as there was stains on walls around the toilet, and the shower curtain was mouldy and all stuck together. I did clean the bathroom myself before use, which was difficult as the sink and tap were broken.Lights above the bed were broken, as was the wardrobe. The carpet needs obvious replacing and the skirting was packed with filth.TO MANAGEMENT THE CLEANING STANDARDS NEED A MAJOR OVERHAUL. IT WAS DISAPPOINTING THAT THE ROOM WAS NOT TO STANDARD.
