Quest Wodonga

Very friendly staff

Staff were very friendly Location is central to everything

The soap container was empty but as soon as I mentioned this to housekeeping they gave us a fresh new one to use

The place was amazing! Very clean and safe. Had everything we needed. Terry and her front desk staff were very helpful and made things easy to check in. Super friendly staff and very accommodating.

I loved everything!!!

Great facilities, wonderful staff and perfect location.

Spacious apartment, friendly staff, location near the centre of Wodonga. Easy pre checkin

Large, clean room with kitchen and laundry in unit! We also had a balcony.

The room we had was a Studio apartment, well appointed, small but had all you needed. Very clean and the staff were helpful and always friendly.

For me and my husband, all was good.

Staff are always great.Rooms are well presented.Location is excellent.

Paying extra for secure parking. It should be included.

The unit was spacious and clean with everything required for a 4 night stay. It was quiet at night despite being next door to a hotel. The underground parking was a bonus and we were in walking distance to plenty of shops and cafes. The staff on the front desk were courteous and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

very good for our one night stay on way to Melbourne. loved the link with the Huon Hill Restaurant o

It’s location and staff were so friendly Great supply of coffee tea and biscuits Bed was comfortable pillows alsoPlenty of places nearby to eat within walking distance

I felt the bathroom shower needed better cleaning And the room walls were very scuffed

The staff on arrival are always welcoming and the check in process seamless. 2 bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and had everything you needed.

Overall a lovely place to stay. Very clean room. Bathroom, bedroom and linen very clean. House keeping do a great job.

Cooking smell in room. Noticed every time we entered the room. Maybe a deodorizer in room. Could do with a fresh paint on wall with tv.

First off, the customer service before we arrived - ringing to check if we needed anything and texting and replying as well. I’ve never received this from a hotel, so I was very impressed. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable, with everything we could have needed for our stay. We’ll definitely be booking Quest Wodonga for our future stays, as we come quite regularly to visit family.

This is picking at straws, but we had an adjoining room next to a couple with a young baby that cried all night. If anything, consider not putting a couple stay next to a room with kids - or asking their preference.

Everything. Staff, location, facilities.

Location. Near shops and restaurants. Staff excellent

I love t he arrangement of the apartment. It is spacious enough and had all the facilities

Comfort of the sofa can be improved

Clean, well appointed, convenient.

A bit of noise through from upstairs

Great location, very clean and modern with all the comforts you need.

Absolutely sensational experience. Comfortable bed, beautiful shower, wonderful facilities and magnificent helpful staff. Close to everything and easy access to room and facilities. Paying for secure parking was a surprise but I was happy to do it.

Fresh feel to the apartment, you could tell it had recently been renovated/refurnished. Appreciated getting a complimentary room upgrade based on a ground floor request. Pillow menu is a great idea. Would have loved to know about it at check in, as I didnt see the card until after reception was closed. Loved the access to the pub accross the road.

The bed/mattress was in good condition, and not saggy at all, however quite a basic mattress. Would love to have something more plush and luxurious, rather than a springy mattress.
