All went well. The room was clean and adequate. The maitre'de was very professional and impressive.The free parking was good and being directly opposite the SS&A club was handy too.

The torn curtains in my room was a bit disappointing. It gave an impression of not caring as they are obvious when the blinds are drawn open.

The location was good, the staff were great, the rooms were clean and in decent condition.

Our room was overlooking the pool, we had the window open a little bit as it was hot and there was loud music playing in the pool area until really late at night which kept us up. The pool itself was also a bit dirty.

The central Asian waiter was extremely good at his job. The dining room was clean and the food was terrific. Very good food.The main bed room was extremely clean.

The softest bed is have ever slept on, with a soft topper. It left me and my wife crippled with pain a d tempted to sleep on the floor.The smell of mold in the hall ways leading to the rooms.Dirty elevators, glass and mirrors in the foyer remained uncleaned for our stayThe Sunday breakfast. Burnt bacon, dirty dining room, no milk for tea.

Staff were excellent (checking in, restaurant for breakfast, and checking out) - friendly and able to give input/ suggestions when enquiring about local attractions etc. Check in and check out was smooth. Helpful staff at restaurant.

One room did not have any towels (hand, face, bath towels or floor mat), had to call reception. Staff who checked us in, brought to room the towels and helped us with tv remote control, which was fantastic.

Friendly and helpful service.Late checkout and pool use until we were ready to leave.Will stay again.

On arrival our room was not what we expected.the fridge was all iced up,no toiletries due to them being out of stock,only 1 coffee cup room in poor quality...we got up graded after an argument,room was better but still not what we expected.We stayed 3 nights room was never attended to which we had to always ask for clean towels,milk,coffee.When we bought it there attention there answer was they were short staffed.

The room we had was very spacious and the hotel is in an excellent location, within easy walking distance of the Main Street

It’s an older building and some of the halls and lift show their age, but that’s the worst that could be said, they were clean and well painted.

The location was convenient for our overnight stop after a long day of travel.Our room was clean and tidy on arrival.

• After a 5.5‑hour drive from Sydney, we were disappointed to learn at check‑in that the restaurant and bar are closed on Sundays. This wasn’t mentioned on the website, booking confirmation, or even on the in‑room menu, which made planning dinner difficult.• The room was under‑supplied for a family of four, with only one hand towel and one face washer provided.• The walls were extremely thin — we could clearly hear the TV from the neighbouring room.• The minibar was very limited, with only one bottle of water available.• Noise levels were an issue, with a child screaming in another room for over an hour late in the evening, making it hard to settle in for the night.

The reception staff was really helpful. Thx for changing my booking to an earlier day. Due to the bushfires. I will return and use your place again. Thank you.

A bit dated, noise carries between rooms and the toilet tissue was literally “paper thin”.

Our room was next to the elevator so we could hear it working through the night which was slightly disruptive.
