Lovely staff, clean and spacious enough room

Bathroom could use an upgrade but it was clean and spacious

Comfortable furniture.Good parking for a large SUV.Good kitchenette.

Location was great. Room was big. TV screen was huge.

Floor was sticky. Bathroom shower screen was cracked and did not slide closed. No soap available and only half a roll of toilet paper. Sheets were clean but there were stains that washing didn't get out. Soundproofing not good.

Perfect spot to stop between Melb and Canberra/Sydney. Classic motel. Very clean and tidy

Complimentary breakfast stopped from October. Didn’t bother to notify bookings prior to that date. Staff tell you the owners can’t afford it anymore. Not a great conversation to have when the place was fully booked

Breakfast tray in the room was good - not many places in Albury offered this (though we would have liked peanut butter!). Great bed. Comfortable lounge. Nice to have table & chairs. We were in disabled room and the shower was great.

Light above sink in bathroom didn't work - not a major problem, but would have been good.

only negative for me was that the parking spaces are narrow, when you consider the size of work vehicles that other guests use.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom had been newly remodeled, and the water pressure was fabulous. And we appreciated the electric blankets on such a cold night.

Large comfortable room clean and tidy

Fantastic motel - far exceeded our expectations and a fabulous value. Big room, huge TV, fantastic water pressure, thoughtful breakfast items. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat. And the Star Hotel pub close was fantastic for dinner.
