The Cottage Motor Inn Albury CBD

Location was great, rooms were comfortable, nothing fancy, but fit for purpose. A very relaxing stay.

The free Wifi didnt work on the TV, wouldnt connect. It worked on our phones. Not a big deal, but it was our only problem. It was a great stay otherwise.

Good size 2 bedroom apartment

The mattress was a bit lumpy Small showerWould of liked shower gel instead of the small soapsNo sink in the kitchenette and no detergent to wash up supplied plates ect

Good central comfortable stop in Albury. Friendly and responsive host who reserved EV charger for us and had good eating recommendations. Would stay again on way to Victoria

It was very clean, tidy, pleasant and good value. The staff were very nice

Solo female traveller. Syd-Melb. I liked super comfy bed with crispy hotel sheets and great pillows! Good split system aircond on a 35 degree day (new, quiet and cool) Easy location for my stopover Syd - Melb. Liked being greeted by the owner, great to park car right outside door (for ease of unpacking into room). Microwave super helpful, did not need to leave room. Room neat, tidy, clean. Bathroom/kitchenette bit dated as per other comments but personally felt like not an issue as they were clean and well functioning.

A little bit of echo noise with people arriving after me, but really not bad. All was quiet post 8pm for good night rest.

Desk customer service - personal and was about us having everything we needed!

Everything- value for money! Clean +++

Location was good, easy to collect and hand back key. Clean unit.

Too minimal for us, very basic and cheap. Only body wash in bathroom, no shampoo. Terrible lighting - bright daylight lights and no lamps.

Have not got anything to complain about, lovely location, comfortable bed, easy parking and very clean

Very easy to find. Clean and comfortable, staff are very friendly and helpful. And great value.

An older building in need of some updating but spotlessly clean. Would stay again.

Needs some modernising.

Location, price, cleanliness & great customer service

Friendly staff. Easy to find, easy walk to town.

Very clean and comfortable. The host was very polite and helpful.

The owner upon arrival was so welcoming. The rooms were well-equipped and the bed comfy. Great location. Super quiet. However when I booked i didnt realise it was a.pet friendly motel but that didn't bother us. Good smart TV. Would definitely be back again.

Nothing really

Friendly staff. Easy walking distance to the city centre - bars & restaurants.

We didnt find the bed or bedding comfortable for our likes. The bed was a bit firm, (a matress topper will make a difference) the pillows high and the bed sheets were abrasive and a bit like hospital sheets.

Great motel for an overnight stay when passing through Albury. Very cleao and tidy property, comfortable beds and even a kitchenette.

Great location friendly staff arrived late explained what to do very well cleaning staff very friendly will be staying again on my travels

Nothing more expected

Clean, cosy and quiet

Need to have allocated car parks

Great bed, nice and clean. Central in Albury, so we didn't have far to walk.

Shower could have been cleaner, had to go out for coffee because their instant was pretty bad.

Great location and within easy walking distance from the centre of town

We booked a queen room and upon arrival were told to only use the one bed (not the single bed that was also in the room) as we apparently only booked for one bed. They obviously hadn't updated the room they allocated to us to only have one bed in it and made us feel uncomfortable as soon as we arrived to not use everything that was in the room we booked. This isn't a hostel and we booked a room not 'one bed'. They must not have wanted to clean the linen of a second bed which makes me question their commitment to cleanliness when refreshing rooms between guests.
