The rooms need an upgrade

Room smelt of mould. The bathroom sink had no plug in it. There was no soap.

Location

There is no hand wash or any kind of soap to wash. Only conditioner & body lotion

Basic breakfast with blend 43 soluble coffee

I had a great stay, welcoming small chat, the facilities as expected, nice and clean. also great there were a couple of biscuits for my so needed arrival coffee :).Breakfast was also nice, had some cereal fruit and Yogurt with option of other items.overall I am very happy with my experience.keep it up.

The room was very clean, and warm on our arrival. They called us to see where we were as we were arriving late. They gave us clear instructions on what to do when we arrived. The manager on the night was very helpful and so friendly - it was a great experience!

Jst across the park is the Murray river with a beautiful riverside walk

Everything was fine

We arrived close to midnight for a place just to sleep. The keys were left in the room for us. We just had to find the room which wasn't easy.

Maybe just directions on where our room was located. We had suitcases and it was close to midnight, so we had to creep around looking for our room, trying not to disturb the other guests.

I have stayed here a few times now and have had a great stay each time. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. Rooms are always clean, and the beds are so comfy.

Location and comfortable beda and pillows

Some of the things like the water heater (for drinking) is dirty, as well as some of the dinningwares

Great location across from the beautiful park, really lovely room with very modern fixtures, good price.

room and bathroom cleaned to a high standard. Good position to the Hume Highway so great for breaking the journey.

Clean room, renovated toilet helps elevate the look, comfortable bed

chairs were little old and sunken inwalls were not very insulated, could hear next door's television or people talking

Another hotel that has photos of its loverly dining facilities on its website, but when you turn up, you are told it no longer operates and you have to go elsewhere to eat. Bedside lights did not work.

Close to river, shopping and restaurants. Good sized rooms.

Fridge too cold, milk frozen- no big deal though.

Aesthetics, location and staff.

Stairs. Not anyone's fault but I should have requested a ground floor room. I struggle with stairs.

We arrived in the hotel around 5ish and the rooms aren’t ready yet. We need to wait for another few minutes. Our room has a distinct smell. We’re excited for the pool but it seems its under maintenance.
