there was some exterior light coming into the room at night from outside

This is our place of choice when we stay in Albury. Been here numerous times and it does not disappoint. The shops and clubs are an easy walk at the top of the street.

The Lady/owner rang me during the day to organise late check-in. I really appreciated as I was coming from Canberra and unsure of arrival time. Shower pressure and temperature was great. Bed Comfy.

Nothing-Great Value for money

I appreciated the staff here being approachable and polite. I was staying midweek and the location seemed relatively quiet. Other guests were sometimes out and about but not in a noisy way.My room was well set out, with all facilities in working order.I LOVED the water pressure in the shower. The kitchen had the essentials in it. Even though it is an older location and feels a bit older aesthetically, it had everything i needed to have a restful time.

Ideally, a bit of a thicker softer mattress topper, but overall the bed was fine. A couple of loose tiles around the shower but nothing dangerous. The outdoor spa sadly is not heated.The frosted glass does make the room a bit dark in the daytime. But fine settling in at night.

An older style motel, but very spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great location to the shops.

Location ideal. Walking distance to beautiful cafe's & Childrens Botanical Gardens. Also McDonalds & Hungry Jack's are 30 Second walk.

Sometimes the pool gate / door was wide open (does not self close). My 5 year old could have wandered into ground level pool on her own if unsupervised.

Staff were lovely on check in, room was older but for $120 a night you can’t beat it. Good size fridge, room was super clean.

Air con was very loud, roof would vibrate with it on, very loud people staying in nearby rooms not the fault of motel though.

Son pulled door closed with key in room the staff happily let us back in with spare key ?

This is my first bad review, and I use booking com a lit. I fel like the rating for this motel may have been AI generated. Carpet felt damp and our feet were black after an hour, so had to wear shoes, including in the night to go to the toilet! The aircon was smelly, so lucky the weather wasn't too bad. The staff had difficulty understanding English. The shower switched hot to cold if someone else in another room turned their water on, which was terrible! Tatty furniture and decor.

Air conditioning filter needs changing, AC unit needs upgrading, soap canister fell off wall, fridge needs defrosting huge ice build up.

Very convenient halfway stop between Sydney and Melbourne. The town has everything one needs.
