The rooms were very spacious.

I wish the bathroom had a proper door, not plastic concertinas. The ants were annoying but this is tough to control.

Budget price, clean n comfortable. Pizza house in front motel. Great pizza! No walking!!

The bathroom was in very poor condition. Broken tiles, nowhere to hang the towels, old, discoloured grout on shower recess floor. Generally, room needs whole new fit out.

Close to city centre. Quiet rooms back from the road. Good price .

Nice and clean unit. Great water pressure in the shower. On the main road but unit was down the back so stay was nice and quiet . Very good location . Will use motel again

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location was great with a nice park across the road, a cafe and other food venues at walking distance.

A very comfortable and spacious room. One of the best dog friendly motels we've stayed in. Will definitely stay again. Close to the dog park.

The toilet was leaking and there was a pool of water at the base. They did come when we mentioned it but it was Sunday evening so we didn't expect it to be fixed. They gave us extra towels to soak up the water. It really wasn't problem.

Great location clean

The $50 fee if you left dirty cups, cutlery. Really there was two cups and two glass and One spoon. Surely the stuff should be replaced every time from a dishwasher not cleaned by customers in a washbasin. This is not kosher.

Beds were comfortable. TV reception was good. Desk space was adequate. Room was clean. Fridge was good, with freezer and not noisy during the night. Under cover parking.

It's not really in the CBD, not close to anything except parks and you need to cross at lights 3 times to get to the park. If elderly this is not advisable. Kitchenette lacked bench space. Extra charge for pets was excessive when there are no pet facilities provided. Fan in bathroom is not separate from light so that when you turn on the light, the fan also switches on. No comfortable chairs to sit on during the day. Strange sewage smell in room at times during the night despite bathroom door being closed and toilet flushed immediately after use. No sound proofing. Cars starting and revving during the night from the property next door as well as street racing past the motel. Was led to believe before arriving that pets were included in the price for the room only to be contacted later during last day of stay that there would be extras charge of $300 for 5 night's stay. The room itself is at best a $70 per night room not the $155 a night that they charge, it does not measure up to modern standard of rooms offered at $100 + that do have sound proofing, space, ultra clean, fresh scented, relaxing well-appointed rooms with lovely views in quiet locations.

Not that happy.

Booked deluxe room which boasted electric blankets, no elec blankets. Didn't need them, but, elec blankets not in standard rooms. So paid deluxe rate but got and paid for standard.At 11.15pm had to ask large group of men socialising outside rooms 18 - 24 to go inside so other guests could get some sleep. They did comply, but still not good enough.

Great location walking distance to CBD, plenty of food options nearby. Friendly staff, great they have beverages to purchase at reception. Comfy beds.

Room well presented and as expected. Location excellent across from River and with easy access to on foot to city and to river.

Good convenient location with friendly staff, very clean and comfortable that allows dogs tho thought it was a bit pricey for the dogs per night.

Nice. Well-appointed room close to cbd and Gateway Island. Parking inside the complex with an Italian restaurant and a bakery out the front.
