The staff were very helpful and courteous. Also there was plenty of room to accommodate my car and canoe trailer.

The bath was a little difficult to step out of and would benefit by the addition of some sort of handrail support and an anti-slip mat.

No problems, clean rooms, all the required facilities. Pleasant and helpful staff, would stay there again. Good value for what I consider a budget option.

I would have used the pool if it was available.

The stains all over the mattress were horrific and the fact it had no mattress protector the tv remote would hardly work

This was the most unhygienic place I have ever been. I got the cleaner to change all bed spreads as they were covered with hair.The walls were putrid.Long story short, I would of felt better camping

Family room- great size room for a night stop with family (5 people). Having a kitchenette, tv, and a separate room was great. We enjoyed our stay and also the petrol station across the road to grab a barista coffee.

The separate room had 2 single beds (ok for us) and one of them was collapsing to one side.

Ceiling fan in room 8 very noisy cannot use while sleeping needs fixing or replacing.

This place is a health hazard. It simply is not clean. Not even the beds. Indian curry left in the microwave.

The hotel was not a family friendly environment with other guests drinking alcohol and doing drugs in the car park. The hotel markets itself as a four star hotel but its facilities are disgusting and would be lucky to rate one. Shonky management business practices I’ll be reporting this hotel to the department of fair trading NSW.

Very old room not clean on the outside.Inside needs updating very old Owner didn’t speak English had to translate through the phone.

Comfy beds & staff accommodating. Opposite park, enjoyed the walk along the riverside & parklands

Room not cleaned properly on arrival

Beds were comfy.The person at reception tried his best to help with our challenges.

1. Soap dispenser broken and no soap, just shaving cream2. We had to ask for soap, tea and milk as there was none provided.3. When showering, the shower head was blocked and only a trickle of water came through and even when the hot water was turn to full blast, the trickle was luke warm. My husband had to take off the shower head to clean and unblock the holes before he could have a shower.4. When I got into bed, the bed sheet felt gritty but I brushed it off. When I woke up, I found i had been bitten on the leg even though I was under the bed covers.5. When looking for lost items my husband looked under the bed and found thick dust, chips, ice cream wrappers tissue, etc. (Rest of pictures. 6. The four chairs in the room were badly stained.

The location is definitely good, right in the centre of the town.

The rooms are not as clean and the setup is a bit creepy to be honest. We booked three rooms for the night, but none of us had a good sleep.

Staff were very welcoming and accommodated our arrival after hours. The room was spacious, with an annexed bedroom, more than enough for my family of five. Kitchenette with minibar and utensils is available. Reasonable price for our group size. Convenient location near the main route (this is also an inconvenience, so read it under "didn't like" as well).

The motel needs serious maintenance. The bathroom had some defects. The shower's pipe was cracked and spilled water all over. The ceiling fan on top of the dining table was swinging, so we kept it off. The body wash and shampoo dispensers in the bathtub area were empty; we had to go to the ones fixed on the sink counter (you can't remove them). The Wi-Fi signal was weak or non-existent in our room. Being on the main road caused some early morning disturbance (though it was also a convenience to be in a good location).
