Nice clean room bed very comfortable

It was comfy and had lots of nearby restaurants

It was mostly amazing one thing though was the view it was just a roof

Ease of parking & check in, comfortable clean rooms, very good buffet breakfast and close to everything you need.

I liked the size of the room.

The staff are not very friendly. It took 10mins to bring out a glass of wine and a soft drink when there was no other customers in the restaurant. Room service beef ragu was horrible. It looked like a cat spew.

Comfortable rooms, so close to shops and clubs, breakfast was excellent. Dinner very good.

Would be better if check in was 2pm

I checked in to my room and went down to the reception to have a drink at the bar. Both the bar and restaurant were closed. I was told by the staff that I was emailed this situation via Booking.com. I searched Booking.com and could not find any reference to the unavailability of bar and restaurant. One of the staff pointed it out at the bottom of a very long Booking.com email.I was not happy for several reasons: the hotel relying on another company to communicate their lack of facilities. The hotel sent me an email 24 hours prior to check-in but failed to mention there was no bar and no restaurant. Furthermore they had the cheek to charge full room price ($180+) for a hotel that was nothing more than a B&B. The staff were totally indifferent to my complaints, failed to see the customers view and offered no alternative places to eat or drink. In short they didn't give a **** about any kind of service. I will not be using that hotel again!

Location was convenient for what I needed.

The mattress on the bed felt a lil old and squishy. Not super supportive. The bathroom door needs to be shaved in room 407 as it catches on the tiles in the bathroom and you struggle to open it all the way and then close it. Back of the same door had some weird pink goo on it. Shower flow from the head wasn’t impressive at all.

Good size room, comfortable bed, ok bar and restaurant. Very nice and helpful restaurant lady - sorry we didn't get her name. Would stay again but fully booked for our return trip. Free car park a great bonus.

After a day on the road it was great to park the car and be able to walk to dinner. The rooms were spacious and clean. Loved the self serve check in and check out

The hotel is in a great location. Close to Botanic Gardens and shops. Commercial Club over the road is very convenient. Free parking is a bonus!

The room had a wine cooler as a fridge. That could have been a bit larger :) Pool also could have been heated.

Clean, vibrant and lovely staff.

Underwhelming.

Reception. Repeatedly sent back to computer check in which was not working properly. Note that the 'junior' staff member performed admirably, checking us in efficiently while the 'boss' was busy on the phone.

All communication about checking in and checking out via txt with options to checkin and out online was very efficient, the style of the property was lovely, a very seamless experience

The Atura is perfectly located at the start of the main street of Albury .The rooms are spacious and quiet .The bar and restaurant are a great feature including the front terrace .Have stayed many times .

Needs recarpeting in room .
