Very friendly staff, clean room and facilities. Easy parking and a very quiet place to stay.

Long way to room from lift

The room was clean and modern with a excellent location

Very disappointed in the customer service person who checked me in. He was very rude, patronizing, sarcastic and rather than admit an error on there end he continued to belittle and hold me responsible for it.

Friendly staff, great location, clean & tidy. Bonus laundry was great.

Good location - easy walking distance to recreational facilities and shops and restaurants. Large comfy bed. Parking under the building was very convenient.

Outlook from the room was very ordinary.

Room was sound-proof which was great as I'm a light sleeper. King bed was great for space. Check-in was good and on-site free parking was a bonus.

The room was spacious with floor to ceiling windows, with a very comfortable bed. The amenities were particularly useful for my elderly relatives.

room was clean, heating was great, extra blanket in the cupboard, bed was so comfy, staff were very friendly, location was perfect I had dinner in a restaurant next door and breakfast at the fancy coffee shop across the road.

How i had to give my credit card for "incidentals" and there was nothing in the fridge, nothing i could see that in my many stays in accommodation which would justify taking my card details.

Front counter staff were fantastic. Kind and professional. Willing to accomodate my elderly parents. Quiet room. CBD location easy access to shopping. View looked at a wall. The studio apartment was much smaller than the photos online portray. There was a strong cooking smell on first entering. The window can open for fresh air. the bathroom is small. No lounge in room but plenty in reception areas. Mattress was thin but comfortable enough for elderly 60 to 80kg people. Good to have a kitchen. Very small dining space. Long corridors of rooms, nit suitable for claustrophobics

The room has a sweaty odor that smells unpleasant.

We love the location- some great restaurants/cafes/fooderies next door/across the road. Its presentation is pleasing and the king bed plus shower in the studio apartment were roomy. There were plenty of items for cooking in your room and extra pillows in the wardrobe.

The phone on the desk was not connected so to ask reception questions meant leaving the room and attending reception- we had to do that twice - once because the internet log in on the TV display was not working and secondly because there was milk in the fridge but no tea or coffee.

Big rooms, very tall ceilings. Neat and well presented. Character Building. Helpful Reception.

Good location, big spacious 1 bedroom apartment, laundry in bathroom a bonus

The lift is a slow dinosaur - would have preferred stairs. Room wasn't serviced for 3 days (until we asked). Windows let in a lot of street noise. No dining.
