Best Western Plus Albury Hovell Tree

Very friendly receptionist. I was upgraded and had a very comfortable suite. The room service meal was excellent. I’ve travelled a lot in Europe and this room service meal was the hottest & best meal I’ve had anywhere. Undercover parking and lift access to room. I’d definitely stay again.

It was convenient

It was tired and the bed was uncomfortable. We arrived within check-in time and were greeted by staff who felt inconvenienced by our arrival.

Good location and quite

This motel use to be top quality and now basically provides zero services of a weekend! No restaurant on weekends, no breakfast or room service (food) I received an email to say no room servicing on a Sunday and if I needed anything to call reception! Which is ok i guess but one of the reasons I use stay at this Motel is because of the room service and restaurant! The breakfast was amazing, now I'll stay elsewhere in Albury that has these facilities,

Room was lovely, very clean and spacious. Bed very comfortable. Amenities great

Shower spills over the floor too easily. Need to put some kind of lip along floor to stop water . Also need a fan in thje bathroom for steam issues.

Totally suffered in the heat as cooling was not working at all in the rooms no cooling in one of the bedrooms at all

Top team, comfy clean room, easy access under cover parking

Surprised and disappointed that breakfast room was closed. Cold cereal pack pick-ups from reception are not what I had expected. Not even a coffee other than pods in room. No refreshments in room fridge.

Walls are very thin, so could hear neighbours tv all night, plus sliding doors on balcony - suggest to not book a balcony if you don’t want to be woken

Lovely comfortable room, close to the river and walking distance into town.

They had advertised breakfast which we were looking forward to, but google hadn't been updated. But they did offer a takeaway continental breakfast. They soon rectified the internet add.

We were driving from Sydney to Melbourne so perfect stop off. Staff were professional and courteous. Standard accommodation with a bit more of attention to detail.

The bed was on the small side, with a King Bed being our preference. We did not request an Accessible Room, however were allocated one, which was a bit of a surprise, however advised it was part of the set up, so accepted it as 'luck of the draw'. Also the Dining Room was closed as it was a Sunday night, and Breakfast was not an option on any morning.

Location and room were great, pool and spa also good.

Spacious, comfortable, well-equipped room. Good location for walks along the river. Perfect for a mid-point stopover between Melbourne and Canberra. Pool and gym, though we did not use them on this occasion. Undercover complimentary parking.

It was an amazing stay, and I would love to come back to stay here. It was very quiet and the Murray River was very close.

The staff interaction wasn't that great. The reception closed for the holidays when we went. Also, there were was no cooking equipment. Not even a knife and a cutting board.
