Got eaten alive by bed bugs and had to take time off work and they were not willing to come to a fair and reasonable agreement on compensation

Beer bottles in the back of the room, what looked like a poop stain on one of the towels, the soap tray in the shower was filthy. The toilet roll holder was empty and a roll left on the opposite end of the bench

The pool was great

Dirty rolled up baby disposable nappy on the floor behind one of the chairs.

I went there with my colleague little late. However, manager came to us and gave the key. He actually opens the door for us. Room was clean and enough supplies were there for both of us. Location is prime. Once we exit from freeway took us 1 min to reach motel. Beds & mattress were brand new and new Air-con system. Everything was perfect and we had great time over there.

When we arrived at 11pm our booking was not in their system but they managed to give us a room.The TV didn't work,washer and bath mat were not clean, bed uncomfortable, chain on the door was broken and glass door hard to lock, there was hair in the bathroom and price was inflated because it was a busy time. Don't waste you time or money here

Easy check in, friendly staff, comfy enough bed.

The patio advertised is not really a patio, there was a door to it, however there were no tables or chairs and it was pretty overgrown with weeds.

The story is this: I booked a 12-day stay and left early. It was impossible to stay. Badbugs had eaten me. At reception, they said they changed the sheets and disinfected room. The next night, the same thing happened: badbugs had bitten me again I just got enough, and ask for full refound the hotel refused to refund my money. The hotel and staff are absolutely disgusting. Worst experience in a while! So many bedbugs in room, when I found it it was already late night. I barely sleep and when I woke up I had got more than 20 bites. Would never come back or recommend this place!

This strongly suggests an issue with the cleanliness of the room or the bedding.This stay was very uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about hygiene. I hope the management will take room cleanliness more seriously.

Checking in is a hassle! Front desk dont talk (maybe language barrier) they need to contact someone to speak to be and to locate my booking.

Location is good Staff is friendly and helpful.

Room must have been cleaned late as it had an odour of cleaning solution.

The place wasn't very clean. The pillows smelt really bad they need to be cleaned or replaced. The bed was very hard. Bathroom wasn't great

The bed bugs. Just slept with the lights on so they stayed away. No one manning the desk in the morning to checkout and try to get a refund

Not worth the money

Wasn’t clean. Empty bottle in cupboard. Toothpaste all over taps. Carpet dirty. Not sure where the Garden was! Out our window there were weeds.

The rooms were stinky. Possibly not aired and no sunshine for a long time. The room had bugs and the wife and kids woke up with rashes. This was a health hazard. The daughter struggled whole day yesterday. The staff was pretty non responsive to the situation. When told about it they responded saying, we never got a complaint from your room. There are many Google reviews talking about the same. Unluckily I did not check those before booking. Expect booking.com to do some basic checks before hosting a property. Really disappointed. 1st such experience ever.

The pool was great and the location.

There were ants in the room, the tap handle fell off and there weren’t enough power outlets. For the price, we hoped for more.

Location.

I had booked and paid for the 2 bedroom apartment. On checkin they showed us to a triple room. When challenged on the booking, they advised that the 2 bedroom apartment was under renovation. The staff told me they had advised Booking.com. eventually I got them to provide 2 x acceptable rooms, but it wasnt yhe expetience I had paid for.
