    Cons -

    • We were disappointed to find out upon checkout that the water bottles in the fridge were not included in the room rate, despite there being no other mini bar, and nothing about the cost of the water bottles.
    • The restaurant downstairs was closed so we had to check out and drive into the Main Street for breakfast
    • The room smelled of burnt oil stench and was not ventilated. Impossible to sleep unless we had the window open. We found black hair in the bathroom.Reception closed at 9am and no one was available to help. Our room was facing the multi-level carpark where large groups of hoons were speeding up the ramp racing cars & motorbikes at night. When we finally got some sleep, locals started setting up markets in the carpark on the middle level at 6am.The receptionist knew we were driving from Melb to Syd but still placed us in a bad room.Staff on check out tried with excuses that they were full house. It was obvious they were not. Maybe not all rooms cleaned but definitely not full occupancy.Quest management never responded/followed up properly. Would never stay there again and would not recommend.

The room looked directly on a wall with a dozen air conditioners in front. It was claustrophobic and very noisy

    10MarkPosted on: 11-14-2025

Comfortable, clean and spacious. Great washer/dryer.

Very minor, but a clothes airer would be handy, and a plug for the bathroom sink.

    Good location

We were offered a king size bed only to have a hard zip between right up the middle. The walls were paper thin. We had to listen the guy in the next room on the phone to his family for over an hour on speaker we could hear the whole conversation. Parking is horrendous. There is not enough parking, so they offered us an overflow to park in, only to find our car in the middle of a market the next morning. The whole car park is a market on the weekend, and we literally had stalls set up either side of our car and then had to try and get out the carpark through the market. would not recommend and never say again

Nice central location, easy on-site under cover parking, very clean good size room. Nice restaurant conveniently located on site. Friendly reception staff. An excellent half way point stop between Sydney and Melbourne.

It was clean, and furniture and bed were upscale enough to keep me happy. There was also an excellent restaurant attached.

The air conditioner compressor in the apartment next door whined very loudly all night. We did not get much sleep. Also, there was not a good, warm extra blanket in the room.

Beds were comfortable, room was neat and the shower facilities were excellent. Centrally located in town. Concierge gave us a great recommendation for places for dinner.

Great stay which was very spacious and had all the facilities for a long stay. Short throw from the city centre. Was great it had a fully featured kitchen to allow for cooking.

It was clean and comfortable stay for one night.

    Pillows.

Size of the shower and work desk.

The room had an adjoining room with someone else in it. The door between needs better insulation.

    10donaldsonPosted on: 6-20-2025

very clean and quite, very helpful to have the cafe down stairs and so close to the shops

Nothing.... everything was perfect for us.

Great room with a handy kitchenette. Very comfortable bed. Stayed here because we had eaten at the restaurant on a previous visit to Albury. The food didn't disappoint and having just to walk to the elevator after our meal made it even more enjoyable.

We had a conjoining room with another guest. The door was locked, but they got up at 4:30 am and turned the TV on with the volume extremely loud. Not the hotel's fault, but it tarnished our stay.

I left my puffs jacket behind and a receptionist rang me an hour after checkout to let me know and she sent she would send it to me. I really appreciated that. I was charged $30 for the delivery. We were already on the freeway so that sounded right. It took over a week before the parcel arrived. When I opened it there was a black overcoat inside covered in dog hair and stale food. I rang Quest and spoke to a male who was not helpful. He suggested that I send a full discription of the jacket and all my information. I refused to do that as they already had that information. Because I refused to send the email he hung up on me. What has happened to real customer service he told me the girl who rang me doesn’t work there anymore. He also lives on the premises. NO HAPPY NOW I HAVE LOST MY ANACONDA JACKET.

I like the Quest Chain and the amenities they offer. Well located and relatively affordable. Front desk, Renee and the gent that checked me in were competent and professional. I used the free laundry services in basement which was helpful. Pls Albury was a beautiful little town to explore with a huge variety of restaurants.

    Not a thing

Great facility and location. The staff were lovely.

The beds were too hard and uncomfortable.
