    Pros +

    • Nuce hotel with helpful and supportive staff. Rokms spacious and free parking next door overnight
    • It was walking distance to main street. Bed was comfortable.
    • Exceptional

    Cons -

    • Buffet breakfast was such a bogus . Food was horrible oily and juices were bottled.
    • Room was on small side but we only slepr there spent 90% of time down the main street experiencing cafe restruants and bars. No water supplied in rooms had to go down the street to purchase for our room.
    • While the hotel is truly lovely and the staff are great, I noticed a significant issue regarding its pet-friendly claim. There was no designated area for dogs to relieve themselves, except for the concrete footpath at the front of the hotel. I spoke with the front office staff and suggested creating a more comfortable area for dogs to take care of their business.

    Not much

Sunday night after 5 I could not get a drinkOr meal. It looked like one person on duty looking after reception and bar.

    7JohnPosted on: 2-15-2026

Location and restaurant and bar on site.

Phone in room was not working and toilet seat was broken. Aircon cutting in and out was very noisy. Kept waking us up during the night.

    Breakfast was great

cleaniness needs to be improved. Receptionist staff need to be more positive and smile.

    4JohnPosted on: 2-4-2026

Room OK, Breakfast good, that is until i was charged for coffee when checking out and had a difficult time convincing the staff member that it was part of breakfast and not a separately ordered cup of coffee.

car parking access was by walking up the vehicle egress and access ramp for a busy car park, not at all a pleasant or safe way of accessing your vehicle particularly when hauling suit cases.

I wasn't provided with the wifi password and as I was working in my pyjamas, had to hot spot. The phone wasn't working, so I couldn't call reception.

    Wifi password, working telephone.

Room was comfortable and so was the bed. We had a quiet stay which was nice. Loved the rainwater shower head in bathroom

Studio room was a little small but overall comfortable. Security parking should be included in rate

Not Much - the location was great

The lift down button on the 6th floor was broken. We had to call the lift UP to go Down. The sheer and block out curtains are hung backwards. The sheer is meant to be against the window, not the blockoutThe ceiling by the windows in unpainted and unfinishedThe kitchenette/tea coffee area is extremely poorly laid out and designed.the fridge was not coldbreakfast however, was cold

Room was good although a little smaller than expected. Price initially looked good until we realised parking was extra and buffet breakfast was a bit basic. Overall didn't think it was great value for money. Is in a great location.

Basic buffet breakfast, a bit of over- priced.

The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, with quality fittings. The breakfast was good, with a great deal of choice for fussy eaters. The location of the hotel is unbeatable in this small regional city.

Access to the rooms through the hotel lift was problematic due to maintenance issues; we could only use the staff lift to leave the 6th floor. This made checking in and out difficult to the relatively large number of guests trying to use a compromised lift system. I do understand that this was largely beyond the control of the hotel. Car parking was a little tight for those who need more secure vehicle storage.

The restaurant and the activities room with the pool table.

Well I was a little upset upon arrival that I had apparently booked a twin share room - now being a married couple and have been travelling and booking accommodation for the last month I can’t see that I would have made a mistake like that. We were then also charged for parking which was absolutely ridiculous considering the carpark was nowhere near full. Now with the price of the accommodation and the parking I could have upgraded to a double but this wasn’t on offer.I also found it strange when researching my options that you had a room for 3 adults but with only a double bed! Now I’m not a prode but tell me where does this 3rd person sleep! I think your booking system is quite misleading and your front end staff are not very empathetic.

    9NikPosted on: 1-25-2026

Modern and well appointed. Very conveniently located.

I was not made aware I had to book parking and it was full when I arrived. There is parking in the car park next door for free but it’s not that convenient.

    The staff were great

Needs a lot of fix up and maintenance as our room had a real loud buzzing noise coming from the air conditioner, so I I told the receptionist and she said yer we I know, so I wasn’t impressed that you’s knew about it and still hired the room out . So they put us into another room,so we pack up and went to that room. We appreciated the room change but in the new room soon as I went to the bathroom the toilet seat fell off.

    8MelindaPosted on: 1-21-2026

Rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean.

We booked through Booking.com however there was confusion at check in and check out...Seems that the transfer of info breaks down somewhere.

Amazing, friendly staff. The room was spacious and very clean. Items were even included to make my dogs stay comfortable! Room service was also an exceptional service and the food was amazing. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to family and friends.
