Fabulous location, tidy rooms, plenty of parking.

Oriental Hotel next door is very noisy on a Saturday night. Suggest that earplugs be provided for guests.

Had to request soap from maid for shower, which should have been provided

It seemed clean and cleaning staff was helpful. It was in very convenient spot.

The internet was ineffective.

Excellent,great big parking area to park my truck ,great little balcony overlooking big backyard & swimming pool . Very comfortable bed, great shower with abundance of water .

Well maintained and central location. For the price, it was exceptional. Towels, bedding everything was new and well looked after. It was clean and there was a lovely outlook into the garden and hills from the balcony.

The pub next door was quite noisy on a Saturday night but that was the only downside. It was still very much worth it.

Clean, good location, easy remote check in

The location and proximity to town centre was fantastic. Room was clean tidy and plenty of space.I liked the electronic locks. Much more convenient to use instead of remembering to take a room key with you. And as we arrived later in the evening we could just head straight to the room.

I wasn’t a huge fan of the pillows, possibly offering 2 pillows per person instead of just 1. The bed was on the firm side but was ok.

Nice place. Clean and close to facilities. Wifi was very poor - you will need to pay for your own hot-spot. Showers great with good temperature and pressure.

This was our second stay at Harriet House. We love the location, easy walk to the main street, local pubs and the river. Clean and tidy. The contactless check-in is seamless and convenient.

The check in was noncontact..all check in details sent via text message.The room was clean and tidy.

The pool are was a little dated. Could do with a little makeover.

Handy location, off street parking, it was clean.

Really dim lighting in the room. Squeeze containers of soap in the bathroom are difficult to use as I have an injury! I expect they would be also challenging for elderly and people with a disability to use.

Harriet House suited us perfectly for easy access to shops, cafes and restaurants.

Mould on bathroom ceiling. Wasps nests on back verandah. WIFI was close to non existent.

Bed was hard, only shampoo dispenser in shower no soap/ body wash in reach.

The rooms had been done up really nice and looked very trendy and modern, great size and comfy bed

Old fashioned motel, but very nicely updated and modernized.Insulated walls and easy access to front and back garden and pool. Close to town and park and supermarket.

Great pit stop. Has everything you can possibly need for a comfortable short stay. We were a big family and the rooms were spacious and clean.
