Great location and super smooth checkin

Lights in the bathroom were hard to locate

Everything about Elms was excellent except for the free WiFi (see below)

In my room, only metres from Reception, the WiFi signal was so poor that neither my mobile phone nor my laptop could maintain a connection.

Central location close to main street, comfortable beds, very clean with a reasonable amount of space. Good range of facilities. Cutlery and crockery supplied.

We have no Complaints, it’s our second stay at Elms Motel, it’s our favourite place to stay

Very clean and tidy. Good location, close to shops and walking tracks.

Office closed all the time we were there. Staff could only be contacted by phone. I prefer dealing directly with the owner / manager of the facility, not a virtual office only contactable via phone or electronic methods.

No reception staff for the whole 2 days, it was just phone a number at another motel! Had "bugs" in the bathroom.

Good location comfy room,. reported to cleaning staff the toilet system kept switching itself on/off throught the night interupting sleep.

Almost zero interaction at checkin except with cleaner. Pay a full extra day rate to get 2hrs late checkout.

Great location, clean and well appointed.

Arrived and reception was closed, with a sign saying to go to another hotel. When we arrived at that hotel their reception was also closed so we could not get into our room.There was a phone number to call, but I only have ‘data’ so needed a WhatsApp number. Eventually I borrowed another customers phone ( they too were unable to get access to their room ). The person I spoke to said they could not contact me as they did not have my phone number.But, they could ( and should ) have sent me a message via booking. Com!!!

I liked the practicality of the room. It had plenty of furniture and room. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Very convenient to the river walk and the City Centre. Good price as well.

It was all good

Parking was off the road and protected, located near town. A short walk to the Orient hotel, a good feed.Had a 4 way power board, a welcome addition for all our rechargeable devices.

The a/c was struggling to keep room comfortable even with the bathroom door shut.

It suited all of our needs. Very comfortable and well positioned at a very good price

A bit of mould around the edges of the floor in the shower. Otherwise a very clean and comfortable place

There was a nice amount of seating in the room. Plenty of power points - free wifi. Very clean bathroom with numerous hooks to hang towels on. Good tea/coffee facilities. The beds were a tad on the soft side but bedding & furnishings were good. Easy access to pubs & shops.
