Very homely, clean, friendly & helpful.

I had hoped for a more rural setting and a luxury room like I encountered in Cooma last year. The ad was misleading. The view out the window was a metal fence. It was satisfactory but I was looking for premium.

It was clean, comfortable and very easy to find. Ticked all the boxes.

Excellent location. Right near main street and numerous pubs/restaurants/cafe's and shopping. Family room was not huge but reasonably modern and clean, and importantly had separate rooms/beds for teenage children.

Family room could be better designed. Double/queen bed room could only be accessed through entering the other bedroom (two single beds). Made it disruptive for kids occupying room with single beds, if parents going to bed later, or needing to go to toilet throughout night. Rooms should be switched around. Also found it unusual these days for self contained Family room not to have wine glasses. Also thought it was a smidge over priced.

There was no cutlery or plates for us to eat our take away dinner small complaint no big deal but would have been nice to have also two wine glasses next time please we will definitely come back

Rooms and toilets were very clean and tidy. Tea making facility was generous. Location of motel was good.

The room size was too small. Double beds could not offer comfortable sleep. Not good value for money we paid.

Family 2 bedroom unit was really comfortable. Good facilities, barbecues, pool etc. Helpful staff when we asked where to eat and 2 min walk to main street.

The motel’s location was advantageous, situated within walking distance of the town’s business area. Additionally, it was situated in a quiet neighbourhood, providing a peaceful retreat.

The curtains in my room require replacement due to numerous holes.

Beds were comfortable and shower had good water pressure and the motel was close to restaurants and takeaway shops.

Cigarette trays full of buts near our room. Smell was vile.

It'location was close to the town centre. Close to pubs and cafes. Just a short walk to town.

The room was very small for 3 people.The double bed was sacking.

Close to town

Facilities were not the best. Beds were uncomfortable and place could do with renovating.

Staff were helpful and friendly . Parking. Location. Quiet.

Rooms need a makeover especially paint and carpet. They are showing their age.Continental breakfast very average for price.Walls in the bathroom hadn't been cleaned. We cleaned ourselves, they were a bit gross.

We enjoyed our stay! We loved the convenient location; it was easy to get around, and plenty of sights and restaurants were within walking distance. It felt cozy and well-connected, making my trip even more enjoyable.

The only thing I found lacking was the bathroom fan. It didn't seem strong enough to properly vent the air, so the bathroom sometimes felt stuffy. While this was a minor issue, improving the fan would enhance overall comfort.
