Pros +
- Walking distance to main street and place to cafes and hotels.
- Staff gave clear instructions and communicated via phone and email of how to enter property, key lock location, password as well for when leaving premises. Easy in and out. Loved the room, beds, lots of blankets during the cold winter in Tumut, and heated floors in the bathroom!!! (loved it). Clean and well presented. Pretty much in the centre of Tumut, with a walks distance from supermarkets and fast food outlets.
- Clean and tidy room. Very nice to have kitchen facilities (plates, sink, microwave) in addition to standard amenities
Cons -
- Wii-Fi did not work
- The bed was not comfortable. It was rock hard. This may suit some people but for me it was uncomfortable.
- Unfortunately we found the bed too hard for us.

Very clean room, good value for money. Helpful staff. Room was nice and more than ample for what we needed. Heating was good.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Good facilities including toaster and crockery etc. Heater and air con worked well. Great location in town.
Unfortunately we found the bed too hard for us.
Clean, large room, location great
Could have shampoo and shower gel dispenser in shower
Property was presented beautifully. Very clean and tidy. Even though we didn’t have face to face contact with reception, communication was excellent and access to our room was simple. Location was brilliant.
Good friendly efficient service via phone as I was late arriving. A very clean quiet place to stay in Tumut.
Room size, bed, bathroom, quiet, location (both of unit = #4 and motel itself), parking on premises.
Few minor maintenance issues but they did not affect stay
Very good location close to town, quiet with good facilities- TV, small kitchen, bathroom, off street parking and secure.
Nothing spring to mind. Bed was perhaps a little firm.
Good location, close to shops. The room was basic, but clean and comfortable. The Wifi was good. Previous guests had left Netflix & Kayo on the TV which was great!
The office was unmanned when we arrived. We had to call a number and get our key out of the key return box.
Staff friendly. Lots of potential. Good price
Bed was hard although some like that. Could be cleaned better
Great bed and location to town was walking
Parking a squeeze
Quiet and clean. Very close to town. Great parking for motorcycles and a outdoor shaded area. We would stay again.
A delightful surprise. The bathroom was upgraded and the bed was just right. Just a short walk into town. We will be staying here again.
Quiet, good bed, normal size pillows
God location, easy access. Room spacious and modern. Bed was comfy. Shower pressure not so good. Aircon was noisy with a squeaking noise so turned it off as it was cool anyway Bedside lamp didn't work and light switches were on the far wall and not at entrance so had to use phone torch to find the right switches.
Clean, quite convenient locationUnites have been modernised and feel spacious.
Clean, comfortable, quiet, close to shops and eateries and easy check in.
