Room was very small and had no parking facility in front of it.

TV reception was not great. Good WiFi though.

Two single beds for the kids in a separate area worked well. A carpark right in front of the room was convenient. A large enough space to be comfortable.

Shower could do with an upgrade.

I've stayed a few times at the Gundagai Motel. The rooms are small but comfy and look like they've been updated in recent years. Like all hotels, it's close the the main street, Visitors Centre etc.

There was no staff to be found onsite when I arrived or checked out. Everything is self-service.

The room was certainly adequate for an overnight stay. It was a checkin prior to arrival, code given for door entry. No contact with anyone. Bed was comfortable.

Nothing to report. Code to door expired after a certain time to stop overstays.

Clean and well located for an overnight highway stop.

Parking is tight.

Convenient for walking to dinner & breakfast.

It's not the biggest room but for one night it was fine

Unable to contact manager via phone, sent 2 emails - 3 days in adavnce,to modify my booking - From a double to a twin. No response.At motel called number given and they did not have a fold out bed to provide. Stated they didn't know what happened . Made no effort to rectify the situation at all. Very unhappy. Very poor custommer service. My sister went and stayed somewhere else.No Manager on site overnight ! Place is run by Caravan Park more than 200 metres away. I would have thought this would be in breach of O H & S guidelines. I will investigate this further.I will spread the word on how poor this motel is!

Didn't like the hole in the wall. Unfinished from an air conditioner refit?

The room was very clean and comfortable and had everything I needed for a one night stay. The room was also well designed with a wonderful electric blanket and split system heater. I would definitely stay there again!

Unpleasant, annoying, frustrating. I won't be going there again.

Walls were paper thin - I could hear conversations that went until 11:30pm on my left and snoring on my right. Not a good sleep for someone driving long distances. They should provide ear plugs.

Basic accommodation that matched the cost of the stay. Hard to rate the staff as the check-in is digital without people contact.. Room and bathroom were clean and, although minimal, were comfortable. Well located near the Services Club.

The walls between the rooms appear to be thin, allowing sounds from the adjacent room.
