The room was nice and clean

The room was nice and clean. But one thing that disappointed us was that there was no drinking water inside the room. We reached very late abd didn't know where the tap and it was a hassle with small kid. We survived with our 1 small water bottle that we kept it for our little one.

Tidy enough, power point close to bed which is very important. Security was good, with easy access to keys on arrival.

No car charge point.

The newly renovated room was very well done. Bed was very comfortable (not too hard like they can sometimes be). Really good shower, drawers in bathroom for toiletry bags.

Felt a bit hassled to arrive right on the time we had indicated was our approx. arrival time.

Just needed to stop over night driving from Melbourne to Sydney. Three single beds in a row and a queen. Perfect for my husband and I and our three small children. We loved the electric blankets, it was zero degrees so that was a game changer! The central heater worked great too. Lots of thick extra blankets too.

Good size room for a family and the heater was turned on ready for our arrival.

Difficult to fill the kettle as it doesn't fit the sink!

Grounds were generally untidy - no gardens as such and entry & exit roads had large potholes.

We liked the location on the hillside surrounded by countryside, and well away from the highway. The bathroom has been updated and well appointed. Bed is reasonably comfortable ( I am quite fussy -others might find it very comfortable). Crockery provided and tea towel, but no washing liquid.

Refurb made it comfortable. Bathroom clean and fresh. Quality linen and good split system. . Close to town, nice outlook.

Extremely tired looking-maybe more improvements are planned? Driveway and gardens looking sad and uninviting. Front sign old and worn out, looks almost closed based on this. Host friendly but zero conversation, just hello and here’s the room key.

The room was clean and the bathroom /shower was one of the best experienced in a motel. I loved the big window looking out over the countryside.

The exterior of the property needs some attention as first impression was a little bit scary although the rooms were of a far higher standard than the outside - gardens and buildings need some love.

Sheets on bed were torn and quilts all stained and very unhygienic to say the least. Tv had been taken off the wall and it was replaced with a computer screen tv which could not access Netflix or anything. Very disappointing

Comfy room; good air-conditioning; great bathroom; microwave.

Fridge very low down. Spare blanket would have been good. Shaving cream had run out.

The place is ~1.5km from the centre. It is a big hill all the way. We walked and it was ok. So; quiet. Good bathroom.

The steep drive to the rear units has a very severe grade change that is difficult to get over in low vehicles.The garden is run down and so the presentation is initially a bit off putting. But the rooms are good.

The view was lovely, the room modern, and the location of the motel was in a good spot, easy to get to town and find.

As soon as we entered the room, there was a strong smell, smelling of public toilets. The bathroom, while modern, had a strong sewage smell emitting from the drain and a build-up of mould along the shower doors. During the night, the outside lights remained on, and unfortunately, due to the lack of curtains on the door side window, the room was extremely well lit the whole night. Due to these, there was a lack of sleep and sore headache from the smell.
