Anglesea Family Caravan Park

Peaceful and handy to everything. Wasn't bothered at all. Perfect listening to the ocean all day and night

Location as it was close to tye Beach for my dog.

I was located in a very busy section of the park. Travelling alone I would've preferred a quieter spot.

Camping spot was clean and plenty for our Grandsons to do. Camp kitchen was nice

Location right near beach and lakeside was amazing. The park itself was pretty good.

Some things slightly dated. Some more signage & longer kiosk opening hours and more activities but overall the good outweighs those small things.

Everything was great!The cabin was lovely and had everything we needed for a weekend stay and the location perfect not far from the beach. We loved the trees surrounding the area and could hear the ocean waves at night and it was very quiet too considering lots of other families were staying nearby. The kids really enjoyed the children’s facilities. The staff were really friendly too!

It could do with a dusting- quite a few cobwebs around -little spiders on the walls & spun down from the roof where we were standing. Wouldn’t take much to dust the corners of windows etc to get rid of them & bug spray those areas. The oven had a cobweb inside its door too! Minor though as it was very clean otherwise. The pool said it was heated but was very cold, even on a 30deg day the kids were shaking cold so we didn’t stay long.

It was an excellent location (easy beach access at the back of the caravan park and right across the road from restaurants, take-away and supermarkets). My son loved the jumping pillow and play equipment. Staff were helpful and friendly when we wanted to arrange a late departure. Got a good deal on pricing so great value for money!

Good range of amenities but in general cooking and bathroom facilities could do with more attention to maintenance, upgrading and cleaning. Felt like the park could do with a greater staff or security presence at nighttime - lots of signs around about theft and locking valuables up and the site was super noisy after dark until quite late one night of our stay

Being woken by security asking for proof we had booked at 10pm

Great for the kids, they loved the pillow, the near proximity to the beach, the playground and the soccer court.

Everything was good, except the Inflation of the pillow to late, deflation to early ☺️

Nothing really. The cabin was overpriced. Cooking facilities would have been passed over in the 1970s. Equipment beyond basic.

Cooking facilities. Would have liked modern ie at least 2020s level. What was offered would have been rejected in the 1970s. Burn marks on the bathroom door. Tiny accommodation - way overpriced.

Love this site for family camping. Excellent facilities with lots to entertain the kids. Great safe area with a nice community feel.

Good access to beach and local shops

Was fine when half empty but when it filled up at the weekend it became evident how small and claustrophobic the sites were. It was noisy after 10am and needed more staff to prevent public urination and ‘soiling’ of the public toilets

Location was perfection. Access to the beach , access to the river, easy walk to the shops. Amenities were fantastic, the kids loved the jumping pillow, mini golf and the multi court. They were entertained all day every day.

The cabin was right at the entry gate with vehicles going by consistently, it was across from pool and kids playground with other campers standing at the pool fence with beers in hand and no shirts on. Didn’t like it!

No exhaust fan in bathroom and toilet. Can position could have been better.Sofa in the cabin wasn’t good.

Very quiet and relaxing place, very safe suitable for families with kids. Checking in was very simple, quick and easy. We really liked the facilities ( mini golf, jumping cushion, swimming pool…). Well equipped and Clean cabin. Friendly staff

Kids bedroom was a bit too dusty and quilt covers need to be replaced.

A little outdated for price, but nevertheless it was clean and comfortable

Great location with easy beach access. Cabin was clean, well appointed and spacious. Staff had the air con running on arrival so it was comfortable on the very hot day we arrived. Even though the cabin was very close to the entrance and swimming pool, it was nice and quiet.

Bunk beds not good at all .Why 3 beds first it’s to low like you are sleeping on the floor ,middle to high and top out of reach.If you have only 2 bunk beds will be perfect.
