Clean and spacious for a family

The WiFi went out at night and the service desk attendant had already gone. It took some work to get the sister resort next door to help with the situation.?

Hotel is very clean and the owners have gone to extra effort to decorate the room very nicely.

The carpet is stained. If it wasn’t for this, I would give the place 10 out of 10 as otherwise it was quite clean and well looked after.

The room was comfortable and homely, and had everything we needed. We arrived late but there was good communication and arrangements made. The accommodation was very good value for money which helped our budget.

The bed was a bit soft. Shower cubicle could use a good clean, noticeable mould in a few areas on the tiles

Bed was disgusting Carpet was filthy my bare feet touched it I nearly puked. Must be fake reviews 3rd time this has happened to me via booking.com

The motel was in a great location and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were only there for a night but it was great and there were some nice touches like a coffee machine and big towels.

Nothing we had a good stay.

- Poor sound-proofing which meant you can hear neighbours and outdoor thoroughfare- Regular TV with no Chromecast feature

There was only a small bathroom sink available to wash the pots, plates etc.The price nearly doubled for Friday and Saturday. The location was poor. Some of the facilities advertised were in a neighbouring resort. Will give this a miss next time.

Bed is not firm enough

Perfect location for a quick stroll down to the mouth of the river to the beach to watch the sunrise and just across the road from the river to put a line in the water.

The room is spacious, clean and well-equipped.

Great location, comfy and clean and love that you supply toaster, kettle, microwave, crockery and utensils to make basic meals.

Only thing I can pick on is the mattress. we could feel the springs. we had to pop a think blanket down to make it a little more comfortable.

We enjoyed our last minute stay at Anglesea Riverside Motel. The staff were friendly. Loved that we also had access to facilities at the Great Ocean Road Resort which was only a 2 minutes walk away. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the air conditioning greatly appreciated.

The ants in the bathroom!
