Location was great. Couch was big and comfy. Beds were comfortable.

The spa bath leaked through the ceiling vent of the lower floor bathroom causing it to flood.Fridge smelt as PowerPoint wasn’t working that it was plugged into.

Good value for money. Clean.

Room was a little tired - but very big and functional

Kitchen cupboard was broken.

we loved the apartment, but there was no light on the stairs, and over the bed.the evening we were going out there was lots of water on the floor coming from the laundry area I walked through it lucky I didn't slip, found out where it was coming from it was the washing machine , it was full of wet towels which I guess the cleaners forgot about. that was dangerous as you don't expect water on the floor.

no bed lights, no bedside lamp in the room with the two single beds. no air con. except a little fan which was useless.

There was only 1 little uht milk in fridge - lucky only one of us required milk. Could of used a few in the fridge for more than 1 coffee

Love the space. Not your standard motel, inside or out

The best are quite firm and the curtains are not blackout, so after a late night out, we were woken by the sun.

It was quiet and out of the way for NYE

The ridiculous price for what you got. I know it was NYE but seriously I normally get a house for half the price and it wasn’t all that clean with hinges coming off cupboard.

The arrangement and layout of the apartment was very spacious. We had a nice kitchen. 2 TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. Parking was very near by. The staff was very polite and helpful. Cleaning was completed on time. Property is located very near by to town center.

It is a first world problem, I wish the bed in the main bedrooms was little bigger as we had a kid and we didn't have the travelling cot with us for him.

The shower head needs cleaning, water sprayed out at all angles and flow was restricted.An extra towel rail?Perhaps create a designated smoking area.
