We got two room apartments. And it’s in general ok.

There was no air conditions in the bedrooms. Only in living room. For us wasn’t an issue as it was quite cold outside. But if the weather is hot could be an issue. As the windows are not opening.

The room was clean, comfortable, and had nicely updated facilities. The location is great and makes it easy to get around.However, be prepared for a lot of road noise, especially at night — it made it quite hard to sleep. Parking is another challenge. It’s not allocated, and the layout really isn’t designed for larger vehicles, which made manoeuvring and finding a suitable spot difficult.Overall, a convenient stay with good room quality, but the noise and parking issues are worth considering.

I really enjoyed my stay at this place. The best part was the staff—so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The motel’s location is great, within walking distance of the town center and the beaches. I also had breakfast at their restaurant, and it was delicious.

The location and the motel were perfect - walking distance into town.We booked the expensive heritage suite but we could not have windows open as they looked straight onto people walking past and a brick wall on the other side. Also the sitting/dining room did not have a couch - just table and chairs with only one comfy couch chair in the bedroom.Having said all this, the bed was very comfortable and the staff were good. It would have been better though to just be in a standard room with a view than pay the extra for the heritage suite.

Layout of the heritage suite was not good and the windows and blinds had to stay closed to avoid people looking in. There was no privacy.

The people at reception seemed really happy and welcoming. The place was well taken care of, very clean and modern in the rooms.

We were only there for a night, we didn't find anything we didn't like.

The restaurant on site was really good and the rooms were comfortable. Front desk staff were nice and the location was very central. Only stayed one night but would definitely stay again. The town had a number of parks and recreation areas that if we had more time would have kept our daughter busy all day.

Location excellent, large room and appropriate bathroom.

For me it was a good overnight business stay, nothing that I did not like.

Great location as we could walk to our event,room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable and the staff very friendly when checking in,would definitely stay here again.

Excellent staff - Beth was so knowledgeable, helpful, welcoming and friendly. Could drive the car to the door of the room to unpack. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Area is close to the sea, bars and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Very clean, comfortable and with a seaView from near the Flagstaff Maritime Village.

The standard of the rooms has not diminished over the years we have stayed . Comfortable and spacious superior queen room. Nice towels.

Minor criticism in that we had to ask for soap and shampoo to be filled up - really should have been checked each time room is let.

Large well appointed room in a friendly motel with a top restaurant, so popular we could not get a booking.
