Very nice. Large room. Plenty of amenities. Friendly staff.

The walls were thin; I could hear everything the people next door were doing. It’s a bit of a walk from the main town centre and beach.

Comfy bed. Standard facilities in the room. Seemed like it had been renovated not too long back.

Disregard this review. Bookings double booked me much to my and the owners annoyance. The owner refunded my payment and assisted with alternatives. Big thankyou to the owner, big raspberry to Bookings

Shower tricky to adjust temperature. Would continually fluctuate, nearly got scalded. Management going to fix. Otherwise my stay was excellent.

Ian was very friendly and easygoing. The room was large and the bed was comfortable.

As is often the case with this sort of accommodation, it was quite noisy in the mornings as people chatted outside their rooms as they departed.

Beds were very comfortable and bathroom was good. Staff were very helpful when we emailed before our stay

Hard to get hold of staff as we wanted to check about late check-in but couldn't get through on phone (this was before the closing time), in the end the late check-in turned out fine

Nice and clean place and altough it's on the main road, it was absolutely not noisy, I could sleep perfectly. Nice staff, I don't have any reason to complain.

Decent room for a short stay; we only did one night but it would have been suitable for more if needed. More space than a studio, which was nice. Very helpful gentleman at check in as well.

Bed and pillows weren't to my preference, but this is such a personal thing. So nothing, really!

The over-bright flourescent lighting in the room with no dimmer lamps. The broken handle on the shower door. The smoky smell inside the room (from the window being left open which allowed the smoke from the landing to drift directly into the room. The woman who chain-smoked outside the room caused this. There needs to be a "No Smoking" sign on the landing or a designated smoking area away from the building for addicted smokers.Reception was locked on our arrival (2pm) and we had to wait 25 minutes for the man to arrive. Also no-one there are 8.10 am when we departed.

A room with a view. Can't complain about that. Room met expectations with comfort and amenities. Nice amount of space all round and even in the bathroom. Lovely chatting to the host and was very accommodating.

Good location, helpful manager, good shower, comfortable bed and quiet surrounds.

Upon entering the room there was a strong smell of burning wood from the property next door which had infiltrated our room through an open window. However, once manager notified, the room was sprayed immediately and no further issue thanks to Manager’s prompt actions!Very enjoyable stay overnight, could have stayed longer but had to move on.

Nice room, lovely welcome. Very helpful housekeeper when we were late leaving because I didn't feel too well!
