Colac Central Motel

Great location. Quiet surroundings. Could hear birds chirping all the time. The motel met all three requirements.

Lovely clean comfortable place to stay. Right in town.

Take your own pillows . Lights were very dim and it made you feel really tired otherwise great

One of the better motels in this price range. Lots of room, close to shops and restaurants. Secluded court yard for guests to sit outside, if desired.

Not entirely pet friendly but my dog was allowed to sleep in the car, parked on their premises. Good for one night.

It was comfortable in a dated fashion . Ensuite bathroom needs a super clean- grouting and around faucets in particular. The price was good for Easter long weekend. Staff friendly .

People smoking outside our room door and talking quite loud late at night.

I didn't have breakfast there. The staff were wonderful and set up the keysafe so when I got there late, I was able to get in easily. Thank you ?

Well designed unit. All the electrical appliances we needed. Good overhead reading lights when in bed.

A plug in the bathroom basin. One sharp fruit knife. A toilet seat that would stand upright on its own!

Very quite for being on the main road. Room was huge and shower was great pressure. Will stay again AAA+++

Handy location in Main Street of Colac

Very small room for 3 people. Carpark and surrounds were very sterile. The guy at reception was too casual in his phone answering and face to face communication and needs to brush up on his customer-service service. The door mats were all covered in dirt and leaf litter. Shake and sweep verandahs and remove cigarette butts from the container outside rooms daily!

Water pressure in shower was low but it worked.

Easy check-in and check-out. The room was neat, clean, comfortable and had the basic necessities. The location was within walking distance to town centre and other facilities. A car space was made available. Our overall stay was pleasant and comfortable. We would stay here again.

We didn't experience the dining or bottle shop at the motel, as it was closed when we arrived on the Sunday. Only a basic continental cereal/toast breakfast was offered at an additional cost. We walked to a local cafe and enjoyed a nice hot breakfast from there menu. Being a regional town, we found the pricing of eating out was a little expensive, as if we were eating in Melbourne cbd or in the outer suburbs. Our room had a severe basin leak and the shower pressure was set very low,. We felt our showers were small in size, especially if you are a little on the larger size, you had trouble showering without bumping yourself several times, rushed and not enjoyable.

Kettle was broken. Staff quickly replaced it. Walking distance to great pizza and pasta restaurant and Coles walking distance

Tv remote didn't work well even after getting batteries replaced. Internet connection to TV was crap could not get netflix to connect.

Can hear the trucks throughout the night travelling the highway.Had dinner at the the bistrol next door. not impress with the meals, 1st meal over cooked , and another meal had the taste of curry though it and no curry meal was ordered.
