Lovely setting
Room had view to carpark and service area was clean but average and staff were friendly but each of the dinner servers repeatedly interrupted our dinner to ask if we were ready to order , couldn’t help with our requests and the food wasn’t great.
My room was a king superior it was located on the ground floor the size of the room was great for two people, two seats outside on the deck with outlook of a road and housing, (I was creative with my photos) but it was a quiet location with no noise from other rooms. Comfortable bed, easy walk to the bar and breakfast which was great with lots to choose from at the buffet for $39I had to eat dinner at the bar the burger was good. I would stay again
I think the picture when booking the room is misleading, showing a view of the golf course from the balcony, a lot of rooms over look the car park or houses. Shower is quite small (I’m only 65kg ) and I banged my head on the soap holder. No tables left to book for dinner as it was Valentine’s Day so did not get to eat at the restaurant. The spa bath has no grab rail which can make it a little tricky to get out of if your older but it was great all the same
Spacious rooms with balconies. Choice of easy dining in the bar area or more formal dining in the restaurant.
Well presented room which was cleanNice coffee and snack in the area near reception
Shower was very small
Very good
Didn't like the fact that we could only get discounts on breakfast if the whole group had it for the two mornings we stayed. So essentially forcing us to all have breakfast as told by blond woman at reception. The staff at restaurant excellent and the food too !! We will be back z
The room . The buffet
The bed needed to be more comfortable.
Clean well appointed room’s spacious
I was locked in my room
Lovely one night stay & dinner with view over the golf course. Great idea to break up a long trip.
Very modern, clean and friendly staff.
Location to Ballarat. 12km drive.
Spacious clean roomsAwesome facilities Wonderful restaurants food amazingFantastic buffet breakfast Staff amazingGreat location Definitely coming back
Staff were incredibly friendly, remembered my partners name even though she wasn't on the booking. Facilities/amenities were fantastic. We were able to rent tennis rackets free of charge, also the pool and gym were great. Breakfast also a stand out.First time staying here and we will definitely be back.
Overall accessibility, pool, facilities, the grounds around the pool
Shower and pillows
Lovely spot and staff were great
Room had a yucky odour, like the carpet had been steam cleaned for vomit, which was disappointing based on the cost of the room. We had to open the doors to air out the room each day.
Great hotel
Steven at front desk was absolutely terrible, he was extremely rude when I mentioned it was check in time, he snapped back saying its 1:57pm
Evening meal in bar was good. Good size kids meals. Breakfast was great, lots of choice & delicious . Staff were friendly. Large room overlooking the golf course
Limited choice of beers.
ALL OK
My evening meal of fish and chips was overcooked and dry. I was hungry so I ate most of the fish - but I couldn't eat the chips. Salad was ordinary but edible
Golf field, bikes, rooms, view, everything!
