The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. They accommodated us when we wanted to have dinner late at night and were very helpful with our questions. We used the small business centre for a few video calls which worked well.

The hotel is far away from any type of public transport so you have to have a car or use taxi services. The biggest downside was the wifi. It was so slow that you can assume there is no wifi.

Staff, room & Food were excellent. Perfectly located for visiting nearby customers on Industrial areas.Disappointed the pool & sauna were not operational.

The hotel is luxurious and better than it was expected. The rooms are spacious, clean, warm, quiet and the room service perfect. The breakfast is very decent and in general is a very good hotel.

It is not near the city center and if you want to move around you will definitely need a car. But for relax after a days work is perfect!

The property is really very bad , no maintenance, not clean , they don’t have staff for any services , no bell boy , no staff in the night other then at reception , in this big property only 1 staff in night , who doenst pick call for anything , at 5:30 am I had to go to down at reception for water bottle , for which also he was not ready to give .Very rude staff , not at all recommended.

Everything , very bad staff , poor service, old not clean property , zero value for the money they have asked for .Property is not clean , the water heater n other appliances is all rusted , non hygiene

I changed the room 3 times due to problems, there is no room service even if advertised, the staff does not speak English

This is ideal for stop overs and the staff were very polite.

It’s a little bit isolated but a little walk will get to you to some nice restaurants.

Room was very big and clean. Bathroom was big with a walk in shower and a separate bath. The shower had a monsoon shower head. Plenty of charging points and a small work area. Bed not super comfortable.

Room service was expensive as the restaurant was closed. A shuttle from the airport would be useful.

Hotel with all amenities and vast parking facilities, family and business friendly.

We arrived very late in the morning time just for a sleep during a road-trip . We had schallendes with the booking at the beginning and the receptionist was not able to find a n acceptable solution . Even if it was in the middle of the night , the director did arrive for us and organized an upgrade room . He did everything possible in order to satisfy us and excuse the first ( not so good ) experience we did

Communication of the receptionist on that night was very poor - but the senior management / director it self was able to clarify the situation very professional

Not one thing about this hotel was likeable it was absolutely terrible.

I’m absolutely fuming, I’m going to give a quick overview of the stuff that traumatised me as I already spoke with customer service about this matter in detail. Firstly, I walked into the hotel being seriously understaffed and only having 1-2 staff, there was no bellboy or anyone to help us to the room and with our suitcases, there was a untrained staff member at the front desk that was gossiping about other customers in a very rude manner. The reception staff gave us a key to a occupied room and we went into a room with a man being completely naked. My family and I are absolutely traumatised I can’t believe something like this can happen. Both us and the man was completely in shock. After this occurrence, the staff took us to another 2-3 rooms that were occupied. After we left the hotel, approximately 5 days after, we get £290 taken out of our accounts, the hotel Denys this then after realising we are taking it seriously they decided to send the money back. After a while they ask for a new card details out of nowhere. This hotel has traumatised us and tried to scam us. It is completely unsafe and I would not recommend this hotel to no one.
