Great location - clean and fresh.Comfortable bed and great shower.

Key machine. Was a little difficult to understand and where to put it back when finished. Needs to be labelled, but other than that, great!

It was clean and tidy but needs a little TLC. But was good value for money (chea)

Disappointing

The wasp nests outside the door, the front sliding door wouldn’t lock, as no latch. Beds uncomfortable

This town was magnificent for Australia tourism right near the Victorian border and the Murray River was stunning to see what a summer Nye 2024 new year day 2025 getaway I hope I'll come again next time enjoy the new year.

Pleasant

It was a hot day, it was christmas day as well. 4 kids, very disappointed about cleanliness of pool.Pair of shorts found under our bed, not ours.No dish washing detergent to wash cups and dishes. No way was i going to put them back in cupboard if they weren't properly clean. Makes me wonder if the dishes we properly cleaned when we used them.Couldn't use sink to fill up kettle. Very inconvenient.

I didn't get to meet any staff except to speak with a staff member/owner over the phone to collect my key (this was Christmas Day) which was understandable I suppose. If you are just looking for a comfy bed for the night - No Frills accommodation then this is the place for you.

The motel has been left to run down & badly needs a rejuvenation. The drainage in the bathroom smelt as if it could erupt through the floor wastes at any moment. Pipes need a good clean out.

Location was within walking distance to everything, great value for money.

It appeared like an abandoned site when I got there! No onsite staff make it feel very impersonal and no service or care factor.

Location was ok but we had no phone reception. Liked that the room was warm but the old style air con unit was very noisy. Apprecited the little touches like shelves in bathroom, powerpoints, hanger for keys, electric blankets, crockery, cutlery and glasses and washing up equipment.

No one to check us in and no phone reception. An email to warn us earlier would have saved the angst we experienced. Thank goodness the club down the road was good enough to contact the owners for us. Then had to go back to the club to call owners for wi fi connection which was very disappointing anyway. Not many TV channels. Bathroom is very outdated and needs a refurb. Shower base and surrounds are almost unhygenic. Heating/cooling unit could be updated too.

This is a great value motel for an overnight stay or two. Rooms were quiet and the check in process was easy. Only a short walk to the main shopping area. Lovely welcome from manager upon arrival. We would stay again.

Spider webs everywhere ip in the corners inside the room and bathroom. They had been there a long time too. The reception was worse. The carpet was a little sticky too.

Perfect location, just a short walk to the Riverdaze Festival. The room was clean and comfortable

The room/apartment was a little disappointing. The air-conditioning was a bit archaic. It rattled and made noise all night. The bed was uncomfortable, and it felt like the springs were going to come through. Could really do with an update to the place

Filthiest motel ever!!

Dirtiest motel I've ever stayed in, lipstick on glass, ratsack under bed, bin in bathroom not emptied, spiderwebs all around front entrance, mouldy fridge. Shabby carpet and side tables. Lamp above bed missing globe. Hot water took at least a minute to come through, very wasteful!Care factor of zero here, did not sight anyone at reception the 3 days we were there.
