Well it¿s overly described the location

Yes first overly stated place of location , wrong location of entry point , staff not cooperative when guest arrived

room and shower comfort

had to pay extra for an omlet at breakfast

Location is good. but breakfast needs to be improved. Like Breakfast menu is limited & brake fast buffet area lightning very dim. breakfast timing start 7:00 in morning but breakfast not ready timely.

Breakfast, rooms, (because rooms are not sound proof) and should house kipping service need some better.

The staff were extremely nice, the view of the water was very nice.

The breakfast doesn't have much variety.

The spa is great, the team their was super nice and I had a great time.

The room did not seem clean to standards I would have expected.

Breakfast wasbon the normal range. You have to pay for fried eggs. Staff excellent, Price service comparence very good.

Bedrooms were very small

I liked the view from hotel during the breakfast to the sea. Close to the seaside and to the shopping centre.Far away from touristic area but close to airport Sabiha.Breakfast was good. Most of the personal were nice and friendly. At new year night they left the compliment from the hotel in the room (fruit and sweets). Also, there is water, coffee, tea in the room.

Too much dust. Our room was smaller than it was on description on the booking website and not like on the photos.Room was not cleaned good. Everywhere was dust. Also carpet is old and not cleaned good.Bed is also not very comfortable for 2 persons and pillows were very thin.When we asked extra pillow and blanket the girl on the reception didn’t react. We asked 3 times. But when we asked man on the reception he gave us blanket and pillow immediately. All the personnel was helpful instead of this one girl.

staff was cooperative especially the receptionist Tonjai, when I complained about the room because it has sewage smell, he did his best to help and change it. Breakfast was good and the team in the restaurant was cooperative and nice.

The staff were very pleasant & attentive.

The room I was given tiny & clostrophobic. It felt like a coffin. I had nowhere to put my case other than the bed. The bed was uncomfortable & the sheets didn't fit correctly, every time I moved i was on the plastic mattress protector.There was a horrible strong smell of smoke. There was no windows, so I couldn't get any fresh air or indeed have a view.It was extremely noisy. My neighbours left & right were shouting, banging & playing music till the early hours, so I was unable to sleep. The people behind me were watching TV till after 1am. I needed to be up for a flight at 4.45am, with lack of sleep my journey home was very unpleasant. The air conditioning didn't work & the bathroom had a very unpleasant aroma.

The staff and location were excellent. The swimming pool was very nice .

Bedding was below standard and breakfast lacked consistency. The noise from adjacent rooms was an issue.

the room was very dirty and smelt of cigarettes, there were some clothes left from the previous guests, no coffee at breakfast for 2 days in a row even when we came 1 hour before the breakfast was about to finish

Ian man at the reception was very friendly

That the Dobel bed was to small and that we asked for a Dobel cover as we had just a single cover it took 3 days to get the Dobel cover .

The breakfast was great healthy, organic and delicious The location perfect 10m. From the train station 25m. From the airport . The staff was very friendly polite and tried very hard to make us happy Thank you all

Hotel is licated at nice place but rooms are like prison very small and no ac just centralize system without temp control very pethatic no choice

The first room was not comfortable at all. I have to pay extra to operate, and the order to make it doable.

I did not like the shower

The best hotel in kartal …Actually this is my second stay in Destiny Marine hotel , the hotel is very quiet and clean with perfect staff specially Mr. Uğur …İ highly recommended this hotel Once again thank you so much .

- We had a large choice in Breakfast , - The view from the room and the restaurant is amazing- Near to boat stations , easy access to princess island- Spacial thanks to Mevlut , he was here for anything we need, - we booked a standard room, the hotel upgraded it to a see view room for free as a honeymoon gift

- exterior HVAC machinery sound is very loud at night

The hotel was very quiet , comfort room , location was perfect next to sea side & istmarina AVM .Staff were very nice specially Mr. Uğur he was very helpful . Thank you once again …Very highly recommended hotel in kartal .

Bad

It was awful. I booked it for my mom that travelled through Istanbul for 1 night. The door didn't lock properly, there was no window (no information was in the description of the room), there was wedding and impossible to sleep so she had to leave and the hotel didn't provide any possibility to change the room and didn't give money back. So this was the most unpleasant experience in my mom's life..
