Surprised by space and arrangement of room. Separate comfy chairs for TV etc. Very quiet considering closeness to highway. Excellent facilities with small but very functional bathroom.

Terrible bed, too firm(hard no give). Shower curtain is a disaster!no facewashers

The room was compact, warm during the cool evenings and comfortable. The location was great, close to the relative we were visiting and walking distance from all amenities.

I have no comment. The facilities were good and the location excellent.

Lovely renovated motel with lots of added extras, like the yummy biscuits Well laid out and a very comfy bed.

Some washing-up liquid would have been good to clean the dishes .

This is the second stay I booked for my elderly parents on their trips to and from Melb-Adl in the past month. Although I didn't stay there myself, they give me their opinion to pass on. They stayed in a different room this time, and still report a spotlessly clean room, very comfortable bed and nice fresh looking room. Good facilities. They loved having electric blankets and good room heating which coped well with the cold night in Bordertown. They didn't cook but utilized the tea and coffee facilities as well as the bowls/fridge as they bought a couple of the hotels breakfast packs. They said the staff are friendly and efficient.They slept well and I would book them here again without hesitation. Seems like it's great value for money.

My parents often find something to complain about as it's their nature unfortunately, only thing they could say was on one the electric blanket wouldn't go to maximum heat was and stuck at a low setting. Otherwise the blanket worked (insert emo ji of your choice).

The location was convenient and the room was clean, comfortable, and affordable. The staff were friendly.

I booked this for my parents, they said the room was spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. They said they slept really well, and it was a nice comfortable bed. They said they would definitely stay again and it was perfect for their trip from Melbourne to Adelaide.

The decor of the main room, it was pleasant to stay in. We liked having the small dining table and the sofa to sit on.Loved the under cover car parking

The bathroom could do with refurbishing, not enough space to place things off the floor i.e. clothes when having a shower, and the toilet needed a few flushes to dispose of contents.The bed wasn't overly comfortable, but bearable.

Recently refurbished. Clean. Good location a little away from the noise of main road overlooking a park.

All the other rooms seemed to have a window at the back for flow through ventilation but ours, at the front, didn’t. Smelt strongly of cleaning chemicals at first.

Very clean, comfortable room. All the little details that make a big difference for a stay (cutlery, microwave, spare blanket). Staff were friendly and attentive. Location was nice and quiet too. One of the best motels we've stayed in in a long time!

Only one small coffee-style table to sit at/eat from. Honestly not a big problem for us.

The shower base is a real risk factor.Very slippery and waiting for an accident to occur. There is a sign to alert and to be careful as slippery.
