Dinner in restaurant was excellent.

Toilet unflushed, courtesy tissue box empty (why leave an empty box there at all?), bed sagging into centre, sewage odour outside room, very dated, Seriously in need of refresh

Good location just off the main highway. Quiet enough for a restful night. Decent WiFi in the room.

The furniture and fittings in the room were rather worn out.

It was clean but outdated.

Bottom seam of shower curtain had mould. Mirror over vanity had aged black dots. Vanity needed replacing as had pieces missing in it and had been painted over. Laminate edging on side shelves of bed missing. Couch had stain on arm and aged elbow indentation.

Lovely staff, location is convenient to 24hr supplies, easy and safe.

Great location. Clean & comfortable. Staff were very welcoming. Restaurant was open & food was hearty & delicious.

It had the needed ammenities for 2 nights

It was extremely dated and while you can’t smoke inside the room, it feels as though you can still smell the years of it seeming through the cracks.

Disappointing

Curtains were falling off. Bathroom needs renovating paint was flaking on the wall

Very old, needs work to up standards for the price charged and location. Beds were comfortable

Food and staff excellent.

We had to move rooms due smell. Cleaners next day confirmed that room smelt and they had repeatedly reported it. Rooms still in the 70s.

The room was infested with ticks - the bed was covered in them, between sheets.

Mattress was a little too firm for usRestaurant only open Monday to Thursdays!Short drive to Hotel in town. Woolshed was a nice place to eat Reasonably priced room.

Depressing and overpriced.

It was so dated and the lighting was terrible. The curtains didn’t close properly and it was depressing. You could hear trucks all night and trains.

On the highway. Easy to just stop.

Right on the highway and a short drive to town. Considering it was on the main road it wasn’t terribly noisy.

Room and facilities were really, really dated. Bathroom was pretty ordinary and the shower was horrible. Water sprayed everywhere, but at least the shower/toilet was clean. Couch sagged badly and was uncomfortable. Mattress was old and springy and sagged in the middle badly. Just a dated motel room. If you have no other options it would suffice but I won’t be stopping here again. Guy on the front desk was helpful.

the room was clean, shower worked well and there were cups and glasses and tea coffee and milk provided. Unit was not too close to the road to make it unbearable

air conditioner was too loud so could not sleep for very long - it needed to be on as room was too hot with retained heat in the bricks. Second single bed was far too hard so daughter only got 2 hours sleep.Also could not close the bathroom window which meant could not keep in retained cool air and also meant road noise would enterAlso the curtains still let in a bit too much light in the morning.

Location was good didn’t have food so I can’t comment on that

I think the owners are lovely very friendly. I believe this motel would do exceedingly well if it just had a bit of money poured into it to give it a lift. No complaints otherwise

We’ve stayed here. Twice. It works well for our purposes . I like the layout of the room and ensuite. The basin in the main room is convenient for self-catering.
