Great value for the money! The Cabin has everything you need, it may be a little old, but everything is working and in great condition. It's fully equipped with everything you need! The host was also very responsive.

Peaceful bush setting just out of town. Visited by resident wildlife each night. Fairy wrens and Robin red breasts in trees. Nice and private .

The kitchen chairs were very uncomfortable. Needed some cutting boards . Had one large wooden one that stayed on bench

    Seclusion and peacefulness

TV wouldn’t work properly but this was minor. Couldn’t get many channels and reception was static

Very basic but did what it needed to do for our quick stay

Cleanliness needs to be addressed There where a couple of issues which I hope get seen to. Left a note on departure.

We loved the abundant wildlife around our cabin! That was the highlight of our trip!! Cabin 1 was awesome right next to the laundry and clothes line too.

The toilet blocked on two days of our stay. Thanks for fixing it for us. The bunk bed could have been improved with a safety rail for our child too.

Location delivered what was promised, it was private and quiet with plenty of wildlife to experience. The bed was very comfortable.

No comfortable chairs to sit in, no second pillow option in the bedding and the pillows that were supplied were terrible they had no structure to them at all ( when you arrive on a plane pillows matter) the cleanliness was borderline bedclothes and linens were all perfect however the floors were very dirty , the shower rose sprayed water on the ceiling hubby says o ring has gone and rose is blocked.

    9DeborahPosted on: 3-2-2025

    The wildlife so close.

No lounge in room. Chairs not very comfortable.

    10NataliePosted on: 2-26-2025

The location of the cabins was spectacular. Surrounded by a peaceful bush setting with kangaroos coming to our cabin every night. The cabins had everything we needed for our stay including a stove, fridge and washing machine which was a bonus. Only a short drive to go in to Kingscote for meals and shopping. Located on the Playford Highway meant we could travel easily to tourist attractions.

The only thing I didn’t like, and this is probably personal preference but the shower head was way too big for the shower space making it hard to wash my body and hair.Outside of the cabin itself - the pot holes leading in and out of the highway made it hard for us having a small car - not sure if this is the responsibility of the owners or the local council.

Great location and privacy. Really appreciated having the laundry and cooking facilities.

The only negative about our stay was that the bed was too soft for our liking.

    10LiuPosted on: 2-18-2025

I loved the location of the property. The bed was ok.

I didnt like the bunk bed had no safety rail .
