Came with everything required and the staff were excellent

Even the parking was fine

The bathroom floor still had hair all over it from the last time someone stayed. It stunk of cigarettes even though there are signs stating NO SMOKING.The paint job was terrible. The bed was good and clean so that was lovely. I hate to be a whiner. I’m sorry but probably needed to be said.

Unfortunately this accommodation was seriously overpriced for what it was A very small musty smelling room and a shared women’s toilet/shower which I couldn’t use as the key wouldn’t open it. I was told by a tenant that mostly the females had to use the males facilities as the key didn’t usually work. I would have accepted paying $40 pn per room as opposed to $114 pn.

Good value for money. A bit concerned about the mini bar. Wasn't stocked with everything on list so hoping we don't get charged for missing items ? good amount of cutlery and crockery but no cloths for washing and drying dishes.

Good position with view of mountains when one walks out of one's room. Within walking distance of the centre of Queenstown where one can purchase supplies and also walk around and look at all the sights and attractions around Queenstown such as the lookout and the Heritage Railway and the magnificent older buildings such as the hotel.

Never met the staff. It is a virtual office, where one has to call them on arrival, receive a code and then open the locked dropbox to collect the key. Very impersonal.

the bathroom looked like it had been painted with a bass broom .night two we were offered a room with two single beds and nothing else the room absolutely stank so much we could not walk into it we had to return to hobart due to a lack of accommodation in Queenstown

The motel was in a great location, with an easy walk to the steam train and pub.

The rooms are quite dated with not all lights and fixtures working.

Easy check in / out. Close to town.

Hole in floor in bathroom and no mirror. Very musky needs airing out. Shower head puts more water on the floor then in the shower bay.

The bed was ok, it was close to the train

There was no staff you had to call to get the code for your key. The room was cold. The bathroom was very little you couldn’t turn in the shower.

The location was convenient to the Main Street

The showers were a bit run down. The water sprayed everywhere and there wasn’t anywhere to put your things down

A bit cold only one electric blanket worked and door into bathroom broken off not enough cups for 3 people very basic

It's a budget motel but perfectly comfortable with good sized rooms.

Cosy room, had everything needed. Space, comfortable sofa chairs, dining table & chairs. Bit odd set up looking over bed to tv. Do understand layout in regard to power, neighbouring rooms.
