The location is really good.

Parking at the hotel entrance is really difficult during check-in. The breakfast doesn't have enough variety.

Easy check in secure parking with shopping and eateries close by.

We booked at the last minute due to being evacuated from Cradle Mountain thanks to the weather and the staff were amazingly helpful and fantastic amongst our chaos! We are very grateful for their assistance with our requests. Lovely modern property with amazing views if you are lucky enough to get a water view. Breakfast and coffee were great (as it usually is for a Novotel property). We had an interconnecting room for our family of 4, beds were super comfy and the property was very quiet

Parking is not at the hotel unless you use the valet parking, which means a short wait and often a bit of a traffic jam out the front of the hotel. There is alternative parking located down the road - which might suit some travellers better!

In the city centre, close to shops/restaurants/takeout. Amazing views from my room. Room size was good, the bed was very comfortable and good size bathroom.

When we tried to check in the cars were lined up the road to get in the driveway, a bit dangerous.

A perfect location on the river.

The parking out front was chaotic at best, and bloody impossible at times. This is compounded by the requirement to have a valet park your car in the Novotel carpark, each and every time you leave or return to the hotel. Once a guest is registered, they should be able to park directly using their room key. This would save a lot of time and problems for your guests, and the front desk staff.

Restaurant was great with delicious food and friendly staff. easy check-in and check-out. view from room perfect.

The location was great we were on the 6th floor and the water views were terrific.The bed and pillows were so comfortable that we have checked who the manufacturers were, pillows ordered already.The staff went out of t.heir way to make our week there amazing..There is an Irish pub with excellent food just up the road and a Chinese across the road which is the best in Tasmania.

The cost of parking on-site was expensive but the under cover parking just a little way up the road was much cheaper and staff at the hotel were able to organise vouchers.

The location was ideal.

The yellow light which is a sensor that’s is so bright you can’t sleep. It’s right above the beds not even outside the bathroom. Our room was located right between people with very noisy children. Didn’t help the sleeping.

Breakfast buffet was great. The room service menu was amazing. They provide secure valet parking. There is very cheap offsite parking for second vehicles. Brilliant location.

We used the valet parking for an extra $25 and it was worth it. Was raining when we arrived so didn’t have to worry about finding parking. Close to everything and room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were lovely.

- We stayed 6 days, and all 6 days had the same breakfast- Only one bedside table for both beds, very annoying if two people sleep in a bed- No microwave oven in the room
