The bed was wonderful

Location was close to the city centre and a 10 min drive to the Spirit of Tasmania.The bistro attached was handy to dine in.

The room was sparse. No table and chairs to sit at. just a useless tiny desk with one chair.The crockery provided is a great idea but we didn't use it without washing it first as the cup had fresh tea or coffee drip marks down the side. A tea towel was provided but no detergent or sponge/cloth. Shower was clean but the sink wasn't. Can be noisy. You can hear other room doors banging, car doors and the train whistle.

Noisy commotion night I was there, early leavers which woke me at 3 am, not a management issue, just what it was

Lovely modern clean interior and use of a smart tv. Central location made it easy to get around cbd by foot.

It was a bit noisy with the pub close by. Couldnt see a childrens section on their bistro menu either. Not particurly family friendly but still a great stay.

Location was great, close to ferry port and town centre.

No lift.

I did not have breakfast. I did not request for any.

Other guest were smoking outside our room.

Quiet location on the edge of town. Walking distance to restaurants and car hire outlets was a bonus

When we arrived, I was told we had a room in the new section upstairs. I told the young lady that my husband was not able to climb stairs. She said that was the only room left and that she would help with carrying our luggage.However, after a couple of minutes, another staff told us to wait while she checked if one of the rooms on ground floor is ready. She returned to say yes it was and we were accommodated in a very lovely ground floor room. We were most thankful.

Everything about the room was wonderful, clean, spacious, comfy bed.My only comment is, there are no hanging rails for the various towels.

I asked for a quite room and we were given a room at the front with traffic going most of the night Food on the restaurant was very ordinary

The room was spacious, bright, clean and well equipped. The makeup removal cloth was a useful addition. The motel was a great spot to stay after a lengthy ferry crossing. Staff were accommodating even though we arrived late.

One minor issue was that there was inadequate parking space for all guest cars.

The Elimatta hotel was exceptionally clean, close to where we needed to be the next morning, had a bistro with delicious meals, which came out so quick. Staff were friendly. Highly recommend.

I liked how central the property was walking distance to shops. Not far from the Spirit.
