Borjs Hotel Suites & SPA

Location is great, close to corniche. Had a spacious suite. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Omlettes are available for breakfast, though not advertised- lots of bread, but it's Moroccan, so this is normal. Beds okay for comfort.

Not a dislike, but so others know: this is a Moroccan hotel- not European or American. If you want a Hilton stay, book a Hilton. Water will come out of the shower stall because it is not fully enclosed- request an extra towel and problem solve.

First impressions on the ground floor clean.

The shower area looked tired and needs improving and the shower was not always hot water.

Bad smell on a mattress, even though they changed sheets, smell was still there.

The staff was super nice and helpful with special thanks to Khadija and Nada .. and there was another 3rd girl but dont recall her name .. but all was very supportive .. thanls all again!

I stayed alone in a suite room and had a very pleasant experience. The room was spacious, clean, and especially calm, which made it perfect for relaxing. The quiet atmosphere helped me feel comfortable throughout my stay. I would recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful place to stay.

I did cancel because the place are so dirty and tthe stuff so rude , they lie that the booking didn’t payed them the money so they don’t want to return my money

Borj's has lovely big rooms and a nice pool area. It is good value for money.

The hotel is next to a building site, but this is typical for the area.

For the room service, I ordered for bread, but they didn't deliver. I requested to change bed sheet after two days, but they didn't not change it

We booked the most expensive room (Suite with sea view) and they wanted to give us a regular standard room (much smaller and above the pool area which is very loud). We refused of course and had several arguments. After waiting almost 4 hours (there was one excuse after the other), we finally got our booked room type but only because the other guests did not arrive until 15:00. So they overbooked and then pretending the other room would be our booked suite! Not acceptable at all. They lied to us several times. We can not recommend this hotel because of the checkin staff. This whole checkin desaster really destroyed the whole short vacation. Sad.

The room was spacious but the best part of the hotel was the restaurant and especially the food selection on the menu as well as the service. Idar was so nice and made us feel very well taken care of.

The hotel is run down and very noisy and it’s right next to a construction site.

Rooms were spacious.

Swimming pool was dirty. They didn’t clean it for the 4 days we were there. Staff asked for money at 1:30am because bookings had made an error and not included 1 of the children

To avoid at all cost. Many alternatives are around

1.Unqualified personal, Service level very poor2.No security in the pool 3.no security at the parking lot my car was hit and when I asked for the camera footage they told me to wait 2 days then they answered me “the three cameras outside are not working.” Extreme banality 3. Dirty rooms sheets and beds4. Noisy bar at the 4th floor until 2am preventing my kids to have a peaceful night5.food and beverages expensive and low quality 6. Breakfast, limited choice

The pool was nice, spacious with lots of sun loungers. The staff were friendly.

It was very noisy at nighttime with music from the rooftop bar. The hotel rooms were not clean and we were given a towel that was dirty. The breakfast was adequate but there was not much choice or range. The location was about a 25/30 minute walk to areas where there was more happening in terms of activities on the beach and nice restaurants.

I liked that we were near the beach.. had a pool and supplies of towels and everything. I liked the parking available and the cleaning staff were helpful better than reception.

There's loads of things.. mainly, the door key stopped working like all the time. The amount of time we got locked out of our room I could have spent is ridiculous. They kept making excuses. Anything you want.. have to ask again and again.Pictures did not match the hotel.The swimming pool water did not get filtered all the time. Breakfast was not all that.

Wouldn't class the hotel as 4 stars, unfortunately. Waited 3 hours to get in our room as it was being cleaned. Only to find they had just made the beds and not changed the sheets, still had dirty sheets on from previous occupants, which had blood and yellow stains on them. Asked for these to be changed. Still not changed 5 hours later said they would change the next day. Eventually changed after asking multiple times. Breakfast was basic, breads, carrot juice, beetroot juice, meat, boiled egg, and omelette. No kettle in room and no iron in the whole of the hotel so make sure you take your own. No communication upon leaving, handed cards in, no thankyou nothing, it's like the staff cannot be bothered with guests. Service very slow Sadly false advertising of room.States it has speedy check in, breakfast in room, hairdryer. No hairdryer as this was missing. Said they don't do breakfast in room.No speedy check in.

Room not clean .Towels need to be asked, no towels when we checkin .No iron available .Saw insects many times.Internet didn't worked in our room.

The property was excellent.The room we had had a very Moroccan feel to it. The property itself had a very Moroccan look, lovely flowers and plant surrounded the property. Pool area also had the same lovely look.The staff were fantastic. Nothing was to much trouble. Always smiling. They were a great credit to the property.

rooms were extremely big and had a lot of space for 2 x people, really happy with the size and also very clean so no issues there. location close to beach, around 10-15 minute walk which was useful. easy to get taxi's from hotel.

service at the hotel was pretty slow, especially at dinner. the hotel is in a bit of a random location with nothing around it, it is like a derelict building site, so not great to walk around especially. Breakfast was reasonable.

Very bad customer service.Didnt get an iron in the whole hotel.How is it 4 star hotel??0 stars if I could. Disgrace. No towels and took them 4 days to get it.No phones .Noone speaks english.No refund given.
