    Pros +

    • Staff was super nice , welcoming and very helpful. The food was also very good.
    • Just about everything
    • The property is beautiful and in a great location. You can walk on the beach and boardwalk very easily and everything is very close by. Staff is very friendly. Lobby is huge and has a very relaxed comfortable atmosphere

    Cons -

    • Our room was dirty , I had bed bugs bites all over my body and the room was dusty.
    • The roof on my the breakfast/lunch restaurant started leaking and there was no heating apart from a log fire in the lobby lounge. I’ve been here many times. 2025 winter was terrible for rain , Safi was flooded and destroyed so it wasn’t negligence and the temperature was unusually chilly.
    • The food isn’t great and there is no à la carte restaurant so everything is buffet which gets old quick. Also the wine selection is very limited

The location walking out onto the beach.

    Food repetitive and cold.

    5LydiaPosted on: 11-7-2025

Excellent location, beautiful property that is well kept, nice to have chairs available on the beach, was nice having access to a gym with a squat rack! Professional & courteous staff.

The food sanitation has to be improved. I saw reviews about food poisoning, customers at the resort mentioned food poisoning, I heard someone throwing up from what I’m assuming was food poisoning, I got diarrhea after my last meal there. There were no gluten free options.

I do not recommend this hotel. There was a mouldy, musty smell in the rooms – spent in this hotel 10 days I changed room

    The location and the staff

The food is really horrible, for a 4 stars hotel and as a frequent traveller , never seen such a corrupted place probably, since the food is all low quality and barely you can eat.tasteless.Also what shame for morocco, such a beautiful culture and big cuisine that this place doing to their kitchen. What a shame.the person putting orders for food need to be fired or investigated at least.

The nice people working thereThe Ocean view and locationThe swimming pools

The food and drinks were awful. Quality wise: the lowest of the lowest. The rooms need some good renovation (more a 3 stars kind of rather than a 4)

breakfast lunch dinner fabulous so much choice, pools were great gym clean with indoor heated pool somuch to do.

The beach and sea view are stunning. The hotel's public areas and swimming pool are significant. Staff are very friendly. It is comparable to hotels in Tenerife but cheaper.

8.1 rating is fairThe food is tasteless. The food in Asian restaurants tastes nothing like Asia. (McDonald's is 5 minutes away by car)The room facilities are ancient: The sheets and towels look like they have been washed millions of times. The shower and wash basin drains are clogged and drain slowly. The bin cannot be opened. The dead fly in the corner has not been seen or cleaned by the cleaners for a whole week. The air conditioning controller is broken. The doors and windows are seriously rusted. The towel office opening hours were very short, so we had to wait a long time every day for towels to be changed, and one employee refused to change the towels for the same day???!

The Hotel was excellent and i could have happily not ventured out of the Hotel for all 7 days. The promenade outside the Hotel was excellent for a walk/run in the morning or evening. The staff were excellent and were so friendly and happy at all times.

I loved the facilities at the gym and this exceeded my expectations as very well equipped. The indoor pool just beside was a real bonus too.

Beautiful hotel. Well landscaped grounds with interesting pools. A variety of restaurants and bars. Really good evening entertainment with music on the lobby bar. Comfy seating in the bars. Lovely gardens with ducks. Clean and well maintained. View was fabulous. Probably excellent in the summer

Quite a few things (having stayed at the excellent Iberostar Founty Beach for the start of our holiday). Pools - unheated and sadly too cold for the kids in early March. Indoor pool also chilly. Staff - not really engaged. Saw quite a few examples of staff being spoken to poorly by management or being standoffish with visitors. Porters stood in our room waiting for a tip while I was changing our baby's nappy. Would not leave until a tip was produced - in any currency. Food - more limited selection and not as high quality as the Iberostar. But there were more restaurant options which was a positive. Room - no lifts up to a 3rd floor room so pram had to be carried up each day.

Food is good, but most of them is carbohydrate, less protein(meat).Staff always smile.

1.The chef in the hotel restaurant pointed at our companions while we were eating, which made us feel very offensive. This may be racial discrimination and a threat to women. 2.We pay a high price, but food should not be limited to carbs, meat is a must3.Cleaning staff knocked on the door at 8am and 11am and entered the room directly, which seemed to drive customers away.4.Very slow to reply to messages5.I lost my clothes and tried to contact but no one responded6.There were ants on the floor of the room (we didn't live on the ground floor)7.We tried to check out late due to our flight schedule although were told the room was booked, but we were not told we could pay for a late check out, other hotels would have provided luggage storage or allowed us to stay in the hotel common areas. This hotel just told us we had to leave.

The property was aesthetically pleasing, particularly the pool area. It was gated and I felt very safe. The hotel was right across the promenade from a lovely beach and a short cab ride from the fort and Old Medjna (a must go). Staff were lovely. Ahmed in the entertainment team was super helpful.

The food could have been a bit better quality but there were loads of it. The evening entertainment could be improved.

Great location, a big room which was clean and comfortable also a big pool area outside to relax

    8AllenPosted on: 3-21-2025

Food was good but the facilities were buffet only and it all felt a bit like a school cafeteria. The staff were excellent. All other facilities (numerous pools and a gym were good.

Only real issue was breakfast - full breakfast started at 0730 although they opened at 0630 (but you could not even get a boiled egg at 0700!). I wish the indoor pool opened eralier for a swim before breakfast

Was a beautiful pool area but all the seagulls were enjoying the pool more than people

Was not clean many places! And the reception was the meanest ever! Service was like a scam! And it says beachfront hotel but you’re not allowed to swim at the beach in front of the hotel ! Only a few beach chairs and full of stray dogs and lots of salesmen! Not clean beach be careful
