Lovely lounge area scandi vs mid century. Fire on in the evening lovely and cosy. Fabulous planting & heated pool lovely on cooler days. Thank to the staff in heated pool area, breakfast area and the lady that showed us the spa

Extra charge for spa area. Our room didn’t have a garden view more a view of the side road, flaking paint on the balcony not a good first impression felt like the hotel wasn’t finished in part .

Went pre-Christmas. Beautiful lay out, great pool area and quality food in all restaurants. Staff is always smiling and ready to help. Big up to guest relations Oumayma, proactive with high sense of service.

Needs a pool seating policy (stop towel drop behaviors), not a proper Sofitel experience.

I loved the serene atmosphere and stunning views of the ocean. The hotel’s architecture is beautiful, and the pools are immaculate. The staff, especially Oumayma, were incredibly friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. The restaurants offered a great variety of delicious food.

While the overall experience was fantastic, the check-in process could be improved as it was a bit slow during peak hours.

The pool is super quite needs some entertainment, music, I understand it is meant to be for relaxation purposes however one of the outdoor pools could be more animated especially when u have families. So overpriced and nothing special.Also staff didn't return the kids pool inflatable items and toys I kept with them over night as they were inflated and big enough to take space in our room. They said they were lost ? although they stored it themselves in a storage room!!! I had to buy them again for my kids.

Checkin was at 18:00, not 15:00, I waited for 3 hours

An almond can impacted my impression on the hotel

I was ready to give this hotel a full 10/10 because everything about my stay was excellent — from the room comfort to the service. Unfortunately, my experience was soured at checkout when I was charged an extra $14 for an almond can from the minibar that already had its seal broken when I checked in. I never opened or consumed it, but the staff insisted on charging me anyway.It’s very disappointing, because small details like this really affect the overall impression. A hotel of this standard should double-check minibar items before a guest’s arrival and not make the guest pay for something they did not use.Without this issue, my rating would have been perfect

We book 2 room and first room give at same check in but the second room gets at 8 pm and they told us it will be ready after one hour but don’t happen.and our kids was waiting,they should give the room on time not after 4hrs

View was excellent and room was spacious and clean

Service, very slow in responding and temperature was no ambient inside the room

The facilities and the beach and garden were amazing , the staff were very friendly location perfect

The air conditioning in the hotel breaks down suddenly, leaving the room hot, and sometimes it works, even in the villa, but it gets stuffy with the humidity.I been offered a different type of a room I started one night then I been reallocated with upgrade suite and it was just perfect ?

Looks like it’s a new property so very clean and the design of the entire resort/hotel is well thought out and beautiful.

The service was not good at all in most areas like pool, restaurants and housekeeping. Pool personnel helped who they felt like helping and I had to ask for towels multiple times while others got theirs. Housekeeping never sent us the requested toothbrushes we asked for 5 times. Finally found housekeeping person in hallway to give them to us. They never bothered changing the floor towels even thought they were all visibly dirty. Restaurant for breakfast had terrible and slow service. They never replaced items when they ran out. We were told we were accidentally charged for a young toddler on day one but it wasn’t worth the argument to have it returned.

Great facilities and wonderful pool area. Great beach bar and restaurant Staff were super friendly

Had a few issues with check in and the room set up. Tennis court is average and tennis balls also for Paddle court are terrible

Beautiful hotel, garden, pool area and beach area. Spotlessly clean. Quality of the food was very good. Staff were very professional.

The staff all through out the hotel were amazing. There was a slight misunderstanding with the room booking, Meryem and her team went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Would definitely stay again!

Very comfortable room. Restaurant on the beach, excellent and cosy. The wellness is just amazing. Very good breakfast home made bread and croissants. Hotel very close to the golf courses.

Wine are too expensive, but this is the case in all hotels in Agadir

Beautiful hotel in marvellous location

Property fine but evening dining in buffet only alright and wine and beer pricing excessive compared to other restaurants. Exception was Valentines Day dinner, which was very good.
