Super location, right on the beach front

Longer check in than anticipated. Had to move room for one night due to adjacent noise but the staff were great

Excellent hotel , everything you need . On site Spa with indoor pool is amazing had a fabulous Hamman and Massage and well worth the extra , food is great , a la carte not worth the visit sadly in comparison to hotel. Majority French people but they were all having a great time and we had no problem with that, there were loads of sunbeds in comparison to guests , animation good if you like that , great section of beach opposite, security fab , all staff very helpful and polite.

Excellent food, very nice staff, very good entertainment programme. Pool area was very clean. Very nice vibe to the place, no messy behaviour from anyone.

The bedroom was functional, had asked for a double bed, but the room had two singles pushed together.

Loved this hotel from the moment we arrived, we were meant to stay in marrakesh for 10 nights but left after 4 and came to agadir. The location is perfect, the gardens and pool area are beautifully kept and we liked the good. We had a sea view up to the marina and it was lovely sitting on the balcony as the sun went down.

Strange we had to clear the pool area so early, the sun was still on. Some of the food was all the same, as expected in all inclusive, but no issue

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The evening shows were absolutely incredible – truly entertaining and well-organized.The food was another highlight, with delicious lunches and dinners that exceeded my expectations. The service was top-notch, with friendly and always helpful staff who made us feel welcome and well taken care of.The hotel felt very safe, which added to the overall comfort of our stay. There is a nightclub, a bar, and a pool bar, making it a great place to relax and enjoy the evenings.The rooms were extremely spacious and spotless, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to visit again!

The bathrooms are slightly outdated for a 4-star hotel, but this shouldn’t be an issue for those who aren’t too picky. It’s a minor detail that doesn’t take away from the overall experience.The only thing that could be slightly improved is the snack bars, but honestly, it’s not a dealbreaker.Don’t let that discourage you – as a budget-friendly hotel, it’s definitely a great choice. I would recommend it!

I have been charged twice by the hotel and booking.com and still not received my refund !

Great hotel, entertainment, right on the beach. Food was fab!

Bed wasn't very comfortable but I find this in all Moroccan hotels. Pool toilets could be cleaner.

Great location. The rear of the hotel looks out onto a beautiful beach and promenade and the front is on the main street with restaurants, shops and bars.

Wifi is poor in the rooms. The door to our room didn't lock properly. The food selection could have been better.

Nice hotel, comfy beds, lovely and quiet poolside area. Entertainment was well-liked by most guests.

Staff could have been more helpful - for instance, nobody actually told us where the restaurant area was until we asked. My partner unfortunately got food poisoning while at the hotel - not sure what from but we had only eaten at the hotel

The staff came into our room unannounced at 04:00. Didn’t apologise. We both also got severe food poisoning 4 hours after we left the resort. Which we couldn’t have gotten from anywhere else as it was all inclusive and we didn’t eat or drink anything from outside the hotel. We tried several times to get in contact with the hotel after our stay to complain, but no response.

You’d not fault, very good range if quality food and drink. The animation/entertainment team were very impressive young dancers/performers. The intentional guests fully participated.

Duplicate payment - issue between hotel & booking.com that has impacted on the customer who is still waiting for a refund 10days after return

good location, the little train stops right outside the hotel. Can see staff cleaning thoroughly everyday. Private sunbeds and umbrella just for hotel guest. Got upgraded to sea view room.

The doors didn’t close good, have to give a push. Can hear people in the room above us but just for 1 night we stayed 3. No towels provided at the beach, which is quite sad. And the lady at snack bar is RUDE- I said ‘hi can I have a Coca-Cola please?’ very nicely and polite, and she answered:’hi?’. So I repeated, and she said ‘hi!’ and she was not doing anything. I got confused, so I stated my request again, and suddenly she turned to my partner and said very loudly:’ why doesn’t she understand me? Hi means yes!’. Then she only started to prepare the coke for me. This literally ruined my day, I worked as sale assistant and also in hospitality, this is not how we treat customers and guests. If I am talking to you please show respect!

The bathroom was old and without much light, they put a lot of music around the poolDuring the day which did not make it relaxing and speaking out loud on the microphone. Not the best place if you want to relax

We stayed for only one night before flying home from Agadir. The hotel was on the beachfront, the food was fine for an all inclusive with plenty of choice. Ample beach and pool seating.

All drinks served in plastic cups. Entertainment around the pool all day/ night quite loud and not relaxing (we prefer the beach regardless)

Great beach front location, near to shops and eateries. Spacious hotel, good facilities. Gym, spa etc. Got a free room upgrade.

The food was a hit or miss, but when it was good it was great. We have an excellent view from our balcony, all inclusive gives you access to the next door night club with same drinks at hotel included. The hotel staff were really nice, the entertainment staff were so funny. Will definitely be coming back here again.

They have entertainment at night and only do quizzes in French and there is a lot of cats that come into the hotel/restaurant which may be a problem if you are allergic. But does bring entertainment when they start fighting with eachother.
