- I had an incredible stay at Petit Palace! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, which made me feel right at home?.The breakfast in the restaurant was delicious, with a calm and classy atmosphere, no noise, no disturbance, just perfect. The hotel itself is stylish yet cozy, offering a warm feeling like home. The location is also excellent, close to many places. I originally booked for 3 days, but I loved it so much that I extended my stay for an extra day. Highly recommend this place!

The property is well located and absolutely stunning. The staff were very friendly and helpful and everything was well thought out. We had a great time getting ready there for a wedding and were well taken care of. This hotel lives up to all your expectations !
Everything was great.
Staff, location, breakfast till 1 pm.
I belief the airco is not strong enough, might be good to fix properly.
- very new property with modern looks and feel (also very clean)- good location (15 min walk to the ocean and 10 min walk to cable car)
- noisy, windows do not block traffic noise
Lovely place to stay set in a very nice, quiet middle class part of the city. Lovely large room split with a low mezzanine. Fabulous bed, great bathroom, property is new and well built for purpose, with very friendly and helpful staff.
Nothing springs to mind.
The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, including with helping me to find a dispensing pharmacy and with suggestions for good beaches and day trips. Modern and well equipped room. The bed was really comfortable and we slept very well. Great bathroom and excellent shower, although the hot water did tend to run out close to completion of second shower. We had breakfast delivered one morning and it was served on the terrace. Very comprehensive and well served. Staff were also very accommodating of our request for a late check-out (for which there was a reasonable charge).
The air conditioning was just about able to cope with late March temperatures but not sure it would cope with a Moroccan summer. We had a car but it may have been a bit of a hike to the beach/promenade if walking.
Excellent place, clean, friendly staff, not far from restaurants. Definitely recommend!
A small boutique hotel set away from the main tourist area. Very good customer service, immaculately clean good sized rooms and a perfect and varied breakfast that sets you up for the day.
The staff are the strength Ihssane and the young man Sophie .Ihssane especially is the most helpful member of staff we have ever had in any hotel. Our flight was cancelled suddenly throwing up big problems for us.She took it all in hand and sorted everything out new flights taxi to pick us up. Just exceptional care from a lovely young woman who will go far in her profession. The hotel is fabulous and I’ve already recommended it to friends. Its walking distance to beach shopping restaurants
Small hotel in a quiet residential area. with easy free parking available. Room was well appointed with comfortable large double bed and a view over the rooftops to the sea. A range of choices of breakfast off the menu with attentive service from the cafe around the corner from the hotel. Pleasant and helpful reception staff. Several restaurants in easy walking distance.
The 10 minute walk down to the beach area is pleasant but a bit more tricky back up the hill! In the bedroom there are several steps down to the main sleeping area which may not suit all travellers.
Budget hotel with decent size room and comfortable bed. Balcony is a good size.
Staff was rude and it was difficult to communicate with them. Also, we couldn’t get any information as to where we should go for dinner or exploring places of interest. Breakfast was good first morning. But, we were not told while booking that we were not able to get breakfast before 8 am. We got charged for it on our last morning even if we didn’t get any food nor coffee. The bathroom sink needs a plumber asap. The bathroom floor could use some cleaning.
Excellent accommodation, 10-15 min straight walk to the main beach area. 10 min walk to the Alsa bus station for the airport. Lovely breakfast. Tip: Breakfast is served in your room on Sundays as the restaurant is closed so be sure to prior order your time/selection in advance.
We were very happy with the hotel accommodation- clean, nicely decorated, great bathroom and everything worked. Breakfasts and the breakfast team were exceptional. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming but avoid asking them to arrange a Hamaan bath on your behalf - we did and it was NOT a good experience.
Lovely property, stylish design and smells amazing. The bed was very comfortable with lovely linens and pillows. Loved the veranda as well. Staff warm and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel.
clean, the style of the room, staff helped with suitcase, the breakfast was very good
its just a bit far from the beach and good restaurants (about 10 mins)
The staff were exceptional in every way. They went far beyond what was expected of them. Thank you so much. The breakfast was perfect, with many choices available.
The beds were too firm for our taste.
The hotel is fourteen months old and is immaculate. The room was a great size and very comfortable and clean and had a lovely terrace. It had an Illy coffee machine which is not compatible with nespresso pods and mini fridge. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly and made us feel very welcome. Special thanks to Hannan who helped us out. There is a cafe downstairs which did an excellent breakfast and also lunches. There is a bottle shop downstairs and a couple of mini markets to buy water etc. It is a fifteen minute walk to the beach front with lots of restaurants or into central Agadir.
Nothing except ask for directions for taxi drivers as it is a new hotel and there are a few hotels with the same name in Agadir.
Great place to stay. Need to have printed card with suites name and location on. Taxi drivers didn’t seem able to find it!
Wonderful staff perfectly modern and clean. Spacious rooms. Great little patisserie attached.
