Pros +
- The kitchen and bar staff were amazing
- Near the beach.
- The restaurant staff were friendly and welcoming.
Cons -
- They never gave me towels, even after complaining. Also they don't provide soap or shampoo.
- I had difficuilty communicating with my group because they were housed in a different section and the phone in my room didn't work. There is no wi fi except in the reception areas and WhatsApp didn't always work. This is not the best place for an elderly person (81) like me because of the very many stairs and sudden steps and uneven surfaces. The staff at the main reception desk were grumpy and not particularly helpful especially whey they had to change my room because I was not going to climb up the strairs to a 4th floor room.
- Unfortunately the food was barely edible. The rooms were very old and poorly maintained, with cleanliness being a serious issue.

Great location and pool.
Facilities not maintained very well. Rooms not very clean. Food mediocre and not fresh. By the end of my stay I had food poisoning!
Pool area is nice.
Food and rooms were terrible.
good vibes and nice food
i had bites from insects on all of my skin the bed was full of bed bugs in room 1070m still under medication right now for the same problem because i developed allergy
The pool area is nice but all the rest needs a revamp tbh.
The rooms aren’t safe - the patio doors don’t close properly and could easily be pushed open from outside
Amazing pools, friendly and helpful staff. Massive estate with a lot of facilities. Reception ladies were kind enough to let us enjoy the hotel and all inclusive even after check-out at 12:00 (we had flight late at night and left the hotel at 20:00).
Food variety could be better, rooms could use an improvement (mattresses were not the most comfortable), Wi-fi availability could be improved.
We love the hotel, central location. Basic but fine for us
Love the gardens, the room was nice
We spent 4 nights at the Caribbean Village Agadir and had an absolutely amazing time. The hotel is bursting with charm, showcasing authentic Moroccan architecture, with rooms arranged in a cluster of quaint little riads that gave the whole place a unique and cosy feel. The resort itself is huge and beautifully laid out, and the location is spot on – just a short 2-minute walk from the beach! It couldn’t be more convenient for exploring Agadir either, as everything is within easy reach. One of the standout highlights of our stay was the animation team. They were truly terrific – constantly keeping the atmosphere buzzing with daytime activities and evening entertainment. Their energy, friendliness, and dedication played a big part in making our holiday so special. While it's true the hotel could benefit from a bit of modernisation, especially in terms of room decor and a fresh coat of paint, the overall atmosphere and soul of the place more than made up for it. There’s a warm, welcoming vibe here that you don’t find just anywhere – and that’s all down to the wonderful staff and entertainers, who were always helpful and smiling. The food at the hotel was good, with the restaurant offering a great variety of dishes that catered to all tastes. As a family, we always found something to enjoy and appreciated the variety available at each meal. Our only suggestion would be for the facilities team to consider updating and refreshing the rooms to match the vibrant energy of the rest of the resort.Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Caribbean Village Agadir to anyone looking for a fun, family-friendly getaway full of character and heart.
rooms need urgent modernisation
Horrible experience
I had an awful stay at this hotel. The room smelled absolutely horrible due to a strong, unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom drains. It was clearly an issue with the plumbing. The smell was so bad that the housekeeper had to cover the shower drain with plastic just to stop it from spreading into the room – which is totally unacceptable.Nothing about this place was right, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Don’t waste your money or your time here.
Rooms are very old, and nearly the same type of food was served during lunch and dinner every day. We had to eat outside during our stay. No drinking water is available in the rooms. No lift, location is nice, staff is friendly.
The hotel was very dirty and waiter gave me dirty cutleryThe staff almost got into a fight at the bar. The staff was just waiting for the tip. There was a constant strong smell of smoke in the restaurant We changed hotels after two daysThat hotel awful
Great locationGood pool

I m happy room was not clean no wifi also one ma Radowan rude behaviour with my autistic son im very disappointed
pool areas were spacious and lots of loungers available always a table available in the dining area
the rooms are very dated and require some decoration to freshen them upThe main pool area loungers were quite grubby lookingfood choice was ok nothing special really but you get what you pay for
The location of the hotel we have been here before and last time it wasn’t that bad
Food was tasteless and not that great all inclusive for drinks very weak drink watered down very small cups TV in the room didn’t work hot water didn’t work had to call for an engineer to fix the hot water for a shower couldn’t book the restaurant
Bedrooms were fine a spacious. Food was ok and plenty for everyone. Drinks were nice
Very rundown. Only one restaurant open for all staying at the hotel. No a l carte restaurants open. Always a wait for sinks at the bar. Only 1 open the entire time
Entertainment and food were great.
Longish walk involving steps to pool from hotel. My room and bathroom were badly in need of refurbishment.
Animation team were great.
The room was poor and not as advertised, no safe no TV. Dirty and dated.
